  Y’all listen listen listen! So I went to the Auto Zone on Pines Blvd & a little off NW 172nd Ave today; Wednesday; 5/13/26 bc the oil light on my dashboard came on. As a woman, that’s usually the only reason we go into Auto Zone (bc a light came on) As soon as I walked into the store the nicest most attentive guy name Berney immediately greeted me & asked if I needed some help. I said yes, gave him the make & model of my car & he walked me back to assist me w/ finding the oil. Berney, you were amazing!! Thank you sm for all your help. There was also a young lady outside w/ uniquely colorful hair (it was super cute) but Berney stole the show y’all! if you want to experience 1st Class Customer Service, visit 17401 Pines Blvd & ask for Berney🤩🚘

  Jahshuak was an amazing store associate. Came in, had my battery ready, walked me through the different battery tiers and before I paid, he already had Mateo setting up his tools up for an install. What a dynamic duo and an amazing experience. Really saved me alot of time. Thank you gents.

  I want to thank Lashinas thompkins for her awesome service. Very professional and helpful . Solved my problem and warranty issue and I was on my way to. I will continue using AutoZone for all my auto needs. All her employees have always been helpful and nice . Can’t go wrong with this store .
