  I would like to say that DANIEL & DAVID are so awesome! Very professional and courteous even during a rush of customers. I arrived last week panicked and the two of them were able to assist the customers in the store as well as myself; in addition to helping me calm down. When I arrived I spoke to one and When I had additional questions I was able to speak to the other one. Sorry can’t remember who’s who lol. Thank you! Having worked in customer service for over 10 years this is always important to me and is a determining factor on where I take my business!

  Daniel is the best.Great customer service he made everything so simple.attn management give this guy a raise ,he truly went above and beyond... He was naturally knowledgeable about all my inquiries....

  My experience at Advance Auto Parts was absolutely terrible! The customer service was beyond unprofessional, and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. I called the store twice before coming in and was told both times that they would be able to replace my battery under warranty. However, once I arrived, I was informed that they couldn’t locate my warranty information and couldn’t replace my battery because of the type of vehicle I drive. What made the situation even more frustrating was that they then tried to sell me a new battery for $140 and stated they could install it. How can you install a battery if I purchase a new one, but you can’t install one under warranty because of my vehicle? To make matters worse, a younger male employee with dark, slightly curly hair specifically told me that my battery was good and did not need to be replaced, claiming that the cranking power was just low. However, once I got a male on the phone to help address the situation, the employee completely changed his story and insisted he never told me that I didn’t need a new battery. He continuously argued with me and denied making statements that he clearly made! He then offered what he called a “one-time courtesy” to replace my battery, only to turn around moments later and say he couldn’t replace it after all. He also attempted to place the blame on his coworker instead of taking accountability for the conflicting information he provided. The lack of professionalism, honesty, communication, and consistency was absolutely unacceptable. I wasted my time coming to this location based on information I was given over the phone, only to be met with excuses, contradictions, and an employee who would rather argue with a customer than resolve the issue. I am extremely upset and disappointed with this experience. Customers should not have to deal with this level of confusion and disrespect, especially when trying to resolve an issue involving a vehicle that is already having problems. I would not recommend this location based on the customer service I received!

  Extremely poor service. The staff is unprofessional, and the individual with a beard at the entrance was particularly rude and unpleasant. The overall customer service experience was disappointing and far below acceptable standards.
