  I'm client since they opened everything was good but they decided to double the price I'm so disappointed i has to cancel it call the phone number and the freaking AI answer they don't care lost the client 😕

  I've been a customer for over 2 years since this car wash has opened & the quality & customer service of this establishment has definitely gone down- no towels/dirty towels, broken vacuums smelling like marijuana, lack of assistance with account issues, & increased prices.

  I’ve been looking for a car wash with an unlimited monthly membership because I wash my car about twice a week. I want to drive through, leave with a genuinely clean, reasonably dry car, and get on with my day — not spend another 10–15 minutes finishing the job myself. I tried Sud Stop hoping it might become my regular place, but today’s visit left me disappointed. Entrance and Exit: The location is convenient and easy to find, but the shared entrance and exit are extremely narrow. Blue traffic cones separate incoming and outgoing cars, yet there’s still very little room, even for a car that isn’t particularly large. Several cones were knocked over and lying on the pavement near the wash entrance. Navigating the exit was especially awkward. This layout could really use some attention. Staff: I visited on Sunday, when it was fairly busy. The young woman at the entrance seemed to be handling a lot of customers on her own, but she was polite, greeted me, and gave me a complimentary air freshener. I appreciated that and have no complaints about her. Another employee sprayed my windshield before the tunnel, but I received very little guidance aligning my relatively low car with the metal guide rails. I made it in without an issue, but clearer directions would have helped. Wash Quality: This was my biggest disappointment. My car came out with bugs still stuck to the front bumper and grass residue still on the rear. The wheels weren’t cleaned particularly well either. I didn’t check closely enough to say whether tire shine was applied. I understand that an automatic wash isn’t professional detailing and some stubborn dirt may need extra attention, but I expected a better result. Self-Service Area: The self-service area is fairly large, but almost every space was occupied. I saw only about three available spots. The towels were mediocre, although the glass cleaner seemed fine. I wiped down a couple of areas and left. I specifically pay for automatic car washes to avoid spending extra time cleaning the exterior myself. Comparison: I used to go to Ultimate Car Wash in Dania Beach, where employees towel-dried cars after the tunnel. That’s the kind of convenience I’m looking for. I understand Sud Stop has a different setup, and I appreciate the self-service facilities, but they don’t make up for a wash that leaves visible dirt behind. Overall: I genuinely wanted to like this place and was considering an unlimited monthly membership. The friendly welcome and convenient location were positives, and this review isn’t meant as criticism of the employees. But with the disappointing cleaning results and difficult entrance and exit, I don’t see a reason to sign up right now. I hope management addresses both issues.
