Complete incompetence. I’ve had to use this location 3 times for insurance claims and each time my experience became excessively worse. The last experience was marred by them not notifying me of a broken replacement glass until I arranged for myself and another person to arrive, wasting time. The j title excuse they used was missing my 9:30 appt when I arrived before 9:30 then it took them an hour to state it was the glass. This was followed by a reschedule a week later to then claim the glass could not be replaced. Yes, a glass repair company said they couldn’t do the one thing they’re supposed to do with relative ease. Staff through management and corporate office had no contingency plan for situations outside of the norm. Also, I noticed they turned away a young lady in office for not charging her vehicle to 60% and they also did not specify the requirement of a remote key for an electric vehicle. All items that should be made clear prior to drop off. Just as I advised my insurance company to consider using another glass repair vendor, I advise any prospective customers reading this review to do the same until they improve their customer service.

They are the worst glass repair shop on the planet. I dropped my 22 VW Jetta off there at 7am to have the glass repaired, they did not touch the car till 1pm (my vehicle app tells me when the car has been opened) and then didn’t start the recalibrating process until 4:15 pm. Mind you they close at 5. They had the entire day to do the car then had the nerve to say the recalibration on VW takes awhile. Then why start at 4:15pm if the car was dropped off at 7am?! I asked the receptionist let me know when the car was ready a hour before so I could get there as I work far away. No one let me know anything, I left early from work and was still made to wait till 5:30pm to get my car. The worst customer service imaginable. This is the second bad experience I have had with them as the day before on Monday they instructed their tech to do my glass even though they couldn’t recalibrate on site and I would have to come to office. Thank God the tech Diego, was honest and did not do the work and damage my car. They also used a cheap after market glass and did not advise me they were not using OEM parts. I wish I could give 0 stars.
This is a very bad location. Please do not come here. The customer service is horrible. So let me explain what they put me through. I had a cracked side window in the passenger seat. My insurance didn't cover it. However, they PROMISED ME!! that as member of Progressive Insurance, I was going to get a discount, but they never explained how much. After bouncing me through 4 diffrent customer agents on the phone , and spending almost 90 min, they told me "hey we can't tell you how much the discount would be but dont worry book it, and the day of the service you will get it from the local store....this is PEMBROKE PINES Location! So, guess what, the day came , and the PEMBROKE PINES location rep calls me and says..."hey, we can't do discounts, and forget about it because we dont do that". The attitude was extremely bad, no intention of addressing the fact that I wasted time with 4 diffrent reps the day before, and also ...get this
...they even increased the quote from what I was given online. Can't trust this company !! By far the worst experience in years.
I was sent to Safelite by my insurance to fix the windshield, after inspection they told me it could not be fixed but had to be change, so they gave me the appoinment for the next day. I had some problems because I could not picked the car in that day afternoon, then they offered me the posibility of comming to my home to do the work there the next day and that was a great solution for me, but they could have said so since the very begining. Anyhow it was a good service.
The tecnitian was a very nice person, professional, discreet and respectful.
