  The technician - Dean - was extremely helpful in coordinating the appointment - answered questions with professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable - only reason it is not a 5 star is the website booking process was not friendly to changing location and you had to call. The two people I interacted with were superb at what they did

  EXCELLENT service! Jacob was GREAT!! He kept in touch during the AM, so I would know when he would arrive. He was skilled, professional & cheerful. He replaced my windshield with great attention to detail. He was accurate in his estimate of the amount of time it would take. This was a great experience, which isn’t common in South Florida… definitely recommend.

  Setting up my appointment for repair was quick and easy. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. The technician arrived within the time frame and was very communicative throughout the process. Service was completed, my car remained clean and final results looked great. Overall, this was a great experience and I will use them again.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I definitely recommend going with another company. They did not even complete the service. Technician was supposed to arrive between 8 and 12 and he arrived at 12:10, with an attitude. The repair time was supposed to be between an hour and two and he took 2.5 hours and at the end he didn’t even complete the service!!!!! They said that they needed to calibrate it and they couldn’t and then they wanted me to go to their location which is 35 min away from where I live to then wait for hours because they said they needed at least an hour to see if they can calibrate it. I said beforehand that I needed that to be quick because the only time I had was during my lunch break and there were like 6 people waiting and said it will take hours. WHY ADVERTISE AS A SERVICE THAT GOES TO YOU TO THEN MAKE YOU GO ALL THEY WAY TO THEM AND WAIT FOR HOURS???? AND after all, when I’m there, they say that if I don’t do the calibration there, they just don’t care because they make you sign a waiver before the do some work in your car. If you’re looking for windshield replacement I recommend you finding a company that is near you in case “calibration” cannot be completed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE don’t recommend this company/service to anybody

  1:30pm appointment and did not touch the car until 3:30. I spoke with the woman at the front regarding the appointment and she gave attitude saying that other people were waiting longer than I was. When I spoke with the customers their appointment was at 3:00 and they left about an hour and a half before I did. My car was not ready until 6:20pm that is a total of 5 hours of sitting around for my glass to be repaired when they said it would take 2 to 3 hours. I would not recommend coming to this establishment due to the fact that some of the employees were lazy, rude, and did not communicate honestly regarding appointment times. Not to mention that there was no notice or communication that I was going to be there for 5 hours. Had I known they were backed up I would have made the proper transportation arrangements. On top of all of that they replaced my glass with subpar glass (after market) without letting me know that they were not using the OEM glass my car came with.
