  Everything went very well. Scheduling, follow up call and confirmation really helped it go smoothly. The technician was very professional and kept me updated the with eta. I would definitely recommend everyone use Safelite Auto Glass!

  Payed 200 for my window to get fixed nobody from that store called me to let me know I would have to wait longer and then tried to get me to pay more for another window they had at the store like nooooooo I hate I even came here then I had to wait 7-10 business days for my refund

  Outstanding job and extremely smooth process. Definitely recommend Safelite Auto Glass for their professionalism and excellent communication in the job they performed with my windshield. The only upset that our tech left without us having the opportunity to thank him for the amazing job he performed. He kept us very up-to-date on his status from the beginning to the time of arrival by calling us and text. He got the job done very quickly. Thank you so much Anthony for the outstanding job you did.

  Absolute waste of time and complete lack of preparation or basic customer service. When booking my windshield replacement over the phone, I specifically informed them that I drive a Class B and that it will not fit in a standard service bay. I was explicitly assured by their staff that it was "no problem" and that it would fit. Naturally, when I showed up for my appointment today, it didn't fit the bay at all-just as I had warned them from the start. They completely wasted my entire day for nothing, couldn't perform the service, and then had the audacity to ask me to reschedule. To top it all off, one of the women at the front desk was exceptionally rude and had completely unacceptable customer service skills when addressing the mess they caused. If your location cannot accommodate larger vehicles, staff need to actually listen when customers tell them over the phone instead of lying just to get an appointment booked. Do better.
