  Would give zero stars if I could. Associate Ryan who seemed to be a manager was horrible. As we were waiting at the front to get some help finding an item he was berating his employee who didn’t know if a battery was a return or not. Completely unprofessional to do in front of customers or even not in front. When we did get help he was condescending on where to find the item. Then he immediately went back to berating his employee. Ryan should be fired immediately.

  I recently visited AutoZone and had a really great experience. As soon as I walked in, a young employee came over to help me, and he was extremely nice and professional. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, but he took the time to listen and asked the right questions to figure it out. He didn’t rush me at all and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. What stood out the most was how patient and knowledgeable he was. He explained everything clearly and even gave me helpful tips for the best product meeting my needs, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find customer service like that anymore, especially from someone so young—it really made a difference. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed in stock. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future car needs. If you’re looking for a place with great service and friendly staff, AutoZone is a very good place to shop. Highly recommend!
