  Similar to the many other reviews about the Associate, Ryan, I would give a zero star if I could. I am a rental fleet manager and Ryan did a great job at losing my business. This store's management is an absolute liability. Over two separate visits, Ryan targeted me with unwarranted hostility and outright power trips. During my first visit, I tried to return a part I had only plugged in once to test. Ryan weaponized the return policy's subjective "used" clause to deny the return with extreme attitude. I drove down the road to a different AutoZone, where the professional staff processed it immediately with zero issues. Today, I went in to return a completely different, unused $15 part that simply did not fit. A polite, younger employee was helping me when Ryan intercepted the transaction. He aggressively ripped open the box and immediately accused me of trying to "hustle another AutoZone," clearly referencing my past visit. His toxic behavior didn't stop there. After Ryan's unprofessionalism forced me to escalate the issue to the District Manager, Osman, I discovered Ryan had maliciously processed the return in the system without actually refunding my money. This forced me to drive all the way back to Ryan's location just to get my funds. When I arrived, another young associate was trying to help me figure out a card number mismatch. The helpful associate correctly guessed it was an Apple Pay issue. At that exact moment, Ryan stepped over, cut him off, and barked at his own employee: "Don't help him, let him figure it out." Ryan's conduct was unprofessional and detrimental to the customer experience. He demonstrated a lack of support for his team and used obstructive tactics that complicated a simple transaction. As a fleet manager, I expect a level of professional courtesy and efficiency that was entirely absent during these interactions. This behavior has driven away significant commercial business, and I will be taking my accounts elsewhere. Corporate management should be aware that such behavior from staff members negatively impacts the brand's reputation and customer loyalty. I hope this feedback leads to a serious review of the management practices at this location.

  Joey was extremely helpful! I came in with a battery issue and he was able to check it and direct me to the right replacement and he helped me get some new wiper blades while I was at it! Very efficient, knowledgeable and kind.

  I bought a new battery for my truck online and came in the next day. They loaded up the battery on a cart, I popped the hood, and within 20 minutes I was on my way. Great, friendly service.

  Josh was amazing, the pinnacle of customer service. I will recommend this particular store front to all of my peers, highly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, I couldn’t ask for more from your local auto parts store! Thank you so much!
