  My first experience with this store was wonderful. Sadly this time it was the complete opposite. Had an appointment at 8 am. Talked to a gentleman the day before said I could drop it off early and use the drop box. We dropped the car they didn't have an envelope so luckily we had one wrote our info on it. We did everything online set the appointment made the deposit etc... Day of the appointment they called at 930 am my wife asking what they were doing to it. Most shops have the information for appointments on their screens when they open them but apparently they didn't or didn't read it. The guy kept trying to up sell her to different tires even though I've ran the brand we chose for years and never problems. Finally at around 2 maybe a little sooner I called to check in ok it. Just 4 tires mounted and balanced should of been an hour maybe 2 at max. The vehicle was still not done and a different guy answered and said they would have it done this evening. So finally shortly before 4pm they call say it's done. We pick it up and it says low tires not sure if a TPMS was messed up but now having problems resetting it to read. I refuse to call them about due to a simple tire change took them 8 hours to accomplish. I can't imagine it would take less time to fix the issue. So needless to say I will be searching for another tire place in future purchases.

  What a lovely group working at Mavis. They completely took care of my tire on my old Lexus and got me out in record time. JJ is exceptional and you can trust him with anything your car needs. I am so happy they are close to my home and that I know I can come here any time. Thank you so much!

  brought my new Tesla to Mavis Tires yesterday because one of the tires was damaged and needed to be replaced. The team took a look and quickly determined the issue was caused by misalignment from the factory. Instead of just replacing the tire and sending me on my way, they were completely honest and recommended I take it to Tesla Service so the alignment could be properly corrected first. They didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis or their time. I really appreciated it. If you have a Tesla (or any vehicle), I highly recommend Mavis Tires. Great people and honest service.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. They made sure I was taken care of and the process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate how well they treated me and would highly recommend Mavis Tire to anyone looking for reliable service. I will definitely be coming back!

  I have only arrived in Florida. Being from NY, I "had a guy" for every task or job that I needed done. Stranger in a strange land, I wasn't sure where to go to deal with a screw in a tire that could cost anywhere from $300 - $500! One Mavis, told me, "We can't fix the tire. You'll need a new tire." I decided, "What I REALLY NEED is a second opinion. I went to THIS Mavis and had a completely different experience. "BRYAN" was curious, interested, kind, patient, and did NOT hard sell me a tire. Rather, he said (in effect,) "Let me give it a shot to fix the tire. Based upon where the screw is, let's see what I can do." 30 minutes later...FIXED. No aggravation. No BS. No misleading sales speak or misdirection. Just straight-forward, results-oriented, honest business practice. BRYAN is your guy! Or, he SHOULD BE! Here forward, he's MY GUY! Thank you, Mavis, for hiring such a TALENTED, HONEST, KIND young man. You've earned yourself an ongoing customer for maintenance and such. PROVIDED, you are wise enough to keep BRYAN. Great job, BRYAN. I am so glad I met you and you guided me with integrity, honor, and grace.
