The vacuums were turned off due to “weather” while yes it was raining and lightning earlier. The weather had been gone for around 30 minutes now and the sky was clearing up. I pay money monthly to wash AND vacuum. If I was simply told before going through the wash that the vacuums were off I would have been like “ok no problem” and left. But nope. Unfriendly Staff didn’t extend that to me. Probably not coming back

And so we tried it the 1st month for the low rate, and then we decided, well, we're going to do it again. So my husband made a special trip down to the business and said, I need to cancel the first card that I used. And put it on another card. Well the next day, they charged both cards, and it's been a month now. And nobody will do anything about it. And it just aggravated to know that we've been down there 7 times. It's been a lot of time down there. Trying to just recoup our $41, and nobody can help us. And the employees say the same thing, every time we it will take care of it. One employee even took the last 4 digits of the credit card to put it back on there and never did that. The service is absolutely horrible. I'm so disappointed and it takes a lot to disappoint me
