- TJTrevor JonesJun 27, 20261.0Every time I go the vacuums are clogged and I have to move to a different vacuum that isn’t clogged but yet the suction is still garbage. I now come on 6/27/26 at 6pm (They close at 8 pm) and they have a vehicle blocking the entry to the vacuums leaving just enough space for the 3 cars that were already vacuuming to get out. And just to be sure no one gets what they pay for, they have all the other vacuums blocked with trash cans in the parking spaces. Canceling my membership to say the least.

So I went into this location and spoke to a young lady who works their who was nice enough to explain the situation of why I was paying an increase so I asked for a manager to see if I can keep my grandfathered rate and let me tell you RYAN needs to be talked to and even fired! His attitude towards me was not what I call good customer service he told me your lucky you had that rate and you should be greatful for the time you were able to pay the special rate you were. And then said it made no business sense to let me have the rate so I either take the new rate or back out of the lot and go home. So after that embarrassing and treating me like crap I decided to leave and will be canceling i hope their corporate calls me so we can have a chat because for someone to work in a customer service type business you have the wrong guy as the manager and the girl who helped me needs a raise. I will make sure all my loved ones and friends know how a disabled veteran got treated by this guy. Im not trying to be a Karen but I will not be disrespected over simply asking a question.
