  I took my car here out of sheer convenience since I have a membership across town. My car is white and it is rarely driven...1990 Mercedes with 29k miles and just had a paint correction and 5 year ceramic coat applied. I just needed to get the dust off. I chose the basic $10 wash and it came with a dirt-like film all over it. I asked the attendant if I could run it through and he said no problem! Super friendly young man...wish I remembered his name. Actually both staff members I encountered were super nice. I ran it through this time with the best wash and it still came out with that dirt-like film all over the car. The only way it would come off is if you wiped it down with a wet micro-fiber towel. Must be the soft touch materials they are using. Seemed like plenty of soap coming out.

  Do not go here Went through the car wash and the machine malfunction and ripped my rear bumper off and they are refusing to reimburse for damages blaming it on My Car. That’s never even been in a collision before. I’m sueing them at the moment On top of that, they literally found the claim had it on video that it was 100% their fault my bumper didn’t even have a single scratch on. It never been in a collision before and they denied my claim or trying to make excuses saying that My Car is old because it’s a 2016 and that it was probably already damaged and they were really rude. Extremely nasty refused to give me the video I had to have the sheriffs office request it This place is disgusting. They will destroy your vehicle and not pay for the damages.   Glad it was free! No shade, no drying towels, vacuum not great and no one there to scrub the bugs off before going in. We had minimal bugs and left with them. Not happy leaving with water spots and if that was the so called “works” it should include towels. Guess there’s a reason it was free. I would have been really angry if we’d had to pay for that.

  I’ve been here twice and had to switch vacuums several times because the suction was very low on all of them. Every other car wash in town that offers free vacuum service is far better than here. As far as the wash went, it left spots on my car. I’m not sure if they use a water filtration system here. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

  Manager made excuses I drove my Tesla through the wash and the attendant immediately turned the car wash on in order for your Tesla to get into to free roll or neutral you have to click car wash mode then step on the break and click free roll because the attendant showed no care and was in such a rush he didn’t make sure I was in neutral and I got an error message that auto hold was unavailable after my car was drug thru the car wash while still in drive I spoke with the manager and she kept making excuses but I won’t be back I go to sud stop in Pier park sometimes and they are far better than this I’ve never had this kind of issue there
