  I’ve been coming to Tire Kingdom for a while now, and they always provide great service. I came in for an oil change today and, as always, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I appreciate the consistent service and will definitely keep coming back!

  0/5 stars. Absolutely incompetent. While changing my 4 tires ($680), they charged me to replace a wheel stud (extra $150) that they claimed was "cross threaded and too tight." The catch? They were the exact same shop that did my brakes a few months ago and last touched the wheels. When I called them out on it, they tried to blame the rust and age of my 2006 car. Rust makes bolts tight; it doesn't cross thread them. Someone forced the nut on crooked during my last service, prolly not paying attention rushing with an impact. Yet they refused a full refund and only knocked the price down to $99 from $150, making me pay for their own technician's mistake. For this alone, I wouldn’t have been so ticked because there’s a small chance thats genuine if the nut was truly seized that bad from rust (it wasn’t.) What happened next made me believe they’re the stereotypical trash shop that breaks stuff to charge you more. I went to pay for a friend's tire change ($175) and the cashier completely messed up the ticket. They charged my card $130 for a completely wrong car. When they handed us the keys, we noticed it wasn't the right keys. Instead of taking accountability for almost giving away a stranger's car keys, they argued with us until we proved they were wrong going back and forth about it. Then, instead of doing a proper void and refund, they lazily just charged me the $45 difference and caught a massive attitude with us. As I’m out by the car getting ready to leave, checking the tires to make sure they’re at least new. The cashier comes out and tells me I have to take the cover off to see the stud, still with an attitude. I didn’t ask him and wasn’t trying to get into it further with him. He just had to walk by and continue with that comment. Terrible customer service attitudes, this place is a massive liability. Save your money, your safety, and your sanity and go literally anywhere else. I needed new tires and brought my friend here for their business as well because he needed a new tire. Will never recommend this to anyone ever again. I’ve never given a bad Google review until today!

  Xavier was great to work with. Despite the cost that comes with brakes he explained why it was necessary to replace each part that needed done. He answered all questions and dealt with all my information requests. I was all notified that a part would need to be replaced soon but they were unable to do it there. This is my second time working with this shop and both experiences have been great. Jeeps are expensive and he did his best to help keep some of the cost down.

  My husband and I really appreciate the awesome customer service we experienced at tire kingdom we can now get on the road and head back to Georgia. Zay at tire kingdom really was helpful and he really has a humbled spirit thanks Zay for the love shown.

  Exzavian was great. He was very nice and polite and was wonderful at helping me get four new tires on my vehicle. He even had a customer come in being rude and he still kept his composure and kept it professional. He definitely is an outstanding employee and I appreciate y’all service today and I will definitely be returning customer. He is the prime example of great customer service and I appreciate that. 10/10 recommend! It’s nice to see a friendly smiling face when you walk in; one who is eager to help and get you back on the road safely and with ease. Thank you.
