  I drove through a localized hail storm comprised entirely of discarded pool balls, which shattered my windshield into an exquisite, spiderwebbed mosaic. I called Safelite. A tech guy arrived at my driveway like an apparition. He didn't speak. He simply stared into my soul while wielding a suction cup with the quiet intensity of an off-duty surgeon. Within twenty minutes, my obliterated glass was replaced with a sheet of crystal so smooth and pristine that I felt an overwhelming urge to lick it. I did lick it. It tasted like cold silicone and victory. He didn't judge me. He just nodded, gently placed the old cracked windshield into my living room (at my non-verbal request), and faded back into his van. My car now feels like a sterile terrarium. I drive around town just hoping another pool ball hits it so the Safelite guy can return to my life. Highly recommended.

  They was awesome! I didn’t wait too long and the man who helped me was so nice and he explained everything to me about what not to do the first 24hours of having my windshield replaced. I wish I knew his name to give credit where it’s due. He took the time to answer my questions and he didn’t make me feel like he didn’t care, he did care! We need more people like him in this world who truly care about people and they love there jobs!!!

  Safe Lite holds such a huge image. This location, however, does not match up. I took off work, my son missed college, so that we could accommodate out 1-5 appointment. The tech calls (30 minutes after start of appointment time) to confirm appt and explain that he would not be there until 3-5 p. Late he states 6:45-7:30. Eventually he texts that he is just to hit and cannot complete our replacement. At this point it was a few minutes after hours due to time difference and I could not connect with anyone! So here my son is missing g his college classes again (due to the 1 hit community and condition of windshield), I am over $500 short due to taking off today, and we still have a shattered windshield. Who is even held accountable here?

  Absolutely terrible experience on attempting to simply get my F-150 Windshield Replaced. After arriving to my first scheduled appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and it would be awhile before my a technician would be able to see my vehicle. 40 Minutes after my appointment was originally scheduled, they pulled my truck into the garage, only to realize that they had not ordered the glass. Additionally, I heard the guy behind the counter, Bradley, brag to another customer that he in fact was a full service technician, but he just sat behind the desk the whole time. I reluctantly scheduled a mobile appointment for the following Tuesday. Well, what do you know, the glass did not come in and I was given very little notice. I rescheduled a 3rd time for Friday from 1-6 and made them verify when the glass came in. On Friday they called me around 1:30 claiming their technician was out sick. However, it was Bradley, who as previously stated, is a full service tech who called, though I am sure was too tied to the desk. I canceled, he blamed corporate and hung up on me before I could properly express my feelings on the situation. I do recommend using this Safelite Location unless you have time to deal with their cancellations and excuses. Utterly ridiculous in my opinion!

  We scheduled a Windshield replacement on our Nissan Armada before a paint job, because we planned to sell the vehicle. During installation, the tech tore both A-pillar trim panels, leaving roughly one-inch rips. The local branch brushed it off as ‘normal’, which is absurd. Corporate later agreed it was unacceptable, and said the parts would be replaced. Months passed with zero updates. Finally, one pillar was replaced, and then… nothing. No calls, no follow-ups. We’ve chased both corporate and the branch, and now the branch won’t even pick up. Ive now had a car ive wanted to sell or trade in for 7 months longer then planned because they wont resolve this. Mistakes happen, but this level of silence and runaround is unacceptable. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong, do not expect timely communication or a fix. I ruffly used them for 50 vehicles a year for my husbands company and maybe thats not alot to them but they will never touch another vehicle of mine.
