  I had broken windshield replaced and the molding came off due to poor installation. I have spent 2 months and 4 mobile visits along with numerous phone conversations trying to resolve. I was assured the part was ordered and would be installed today, July 7 , 2026. Sometime between 8 am and 6 pm. Technician arrived at approximately 1:35 pm, pm with no part and no notice of needing a part… for the 4th time… poor management and communication. Very disappointing

  My Safelite auto glass experience was very pleasurable. Nick, the glass specialist was very professional, courteous, and explained the whole process. It did not take very long for the installation and calibration process. Having the State Farm app was very user-friendly and reporting the issue. Would highly recommend Safelite.

  A rock caused a large crack on my way to the beach, it was in my field of vision so I decided to check with the local Safelite office in Panama City, FL to see if they could get it fixed. They had availability and got me scheduled quickly. The technician, James, called me the morning of the appointment to give me a time frame and when I let him know we were on vacation and would be at the beach he said he would give me a call when he was on the way. He was prompt with that and gave me plenty of time to get back to the hotel. The tracking feature that Safelite provides was a very nice surprise as well! James was very professional when he got there and went right to work! When I let him know I would be walking across the road to the beach he assured me he would call before he left so I could come back and lock my vehicle. He called me promptly and told me about care for the windshield. Very impressed and will use Safelite again!

  Nobody wants to have to get their windshield repaired while on vacation, but Bradley at Safelite made it super easy! He came to our hotel and fixed our windshield while we were relaxing on the beach! Thank you for your fast service and giving us a few local favorite spots to try out!
