Everyone was so great and communicative throughout the entire process! From the initial phone call (I believe his name was Brandon) to Lucas, the technician who came out to my house, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Safelite to anyone needing glass repair!

I made a online appointment and the day I drove 40 minutes to get there they told me they don’t know why they scheduled a appointment for today but they can’t do it and made me a new appointment for the next week. When I got there the next week they replaced my windshield and it was quick but when I got in my car my dashcam wires were left out of the trim dangling from the corner and they took my dashcams mount which I never received, The dashcam company no longer makes the mount. My aunt called the manager to explain the situation and after more than a week they never responded. The new windshield was poorly cleaned when it was put in and I had to re-clean it myself the same night. As far as the windshield and timely maintenance goes they do well.

My windshield was cracked by a rock on my way to Florida. It was so easy to call Safelite and arrange an appointment. It took only about 30 minutes. Dalton was my technician and he was great! He told me exactly what to expect with the finished product, and he was pleasant and professional. I am so grateful I was able to take care of this quickly before my entire windshield would have cracked. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not recommend the service in Florida (PCB) location. We had a small chip he said he would look closer at to see if it could be fixed since it was so small. After he was done he told us it was a “failed fix” because he “drilled” into the chip to make it bigger so he could “fix it” and when he drilled into it it cracked our windshield and now needs to be replaced. Would not refund us our money and said the money could go towards us replacing the window with them. Then he said he “couldn’t guarantee the calibration would work with them replacing it” total scam just to take our money!

Had an initial appointment to get my windshield repaired and that experience didn't go well. Guy started late and forgot some things so he had to go back to get them before actually starting. He also didn't communicate things at all. I wasn't aware that he needed to drive my vehicle around to recalibrate it so had a weird moment going outside and not seeing my truck in the driveway anymore. Once he came back he gave me the keys and said everything was fine. Later that day as soon as I turned my truck on I received multiple error codes. I did the online warranty for Safelite but never got a response so had to drive in to the local facility where they tried to recalibrate the system but couldn't due to a "faulty windshield" and they needed to order an OEM windshield for it to work. I can understand someone having a bad day or things not going right, but for that first repair guy to hand me my keys and say everything was good and drive off knowing that the recalibration didn't work was disrespectful. The saving grace was the 2nd guy however and the only reason this review isn't a 1 star. Night and day difference. Nick actually communicated things, did the job way faster and actually looked and did things like check my wipers. Huge difference and can appreciate Nick for the great job he did.
