  I am 70 years old from KY with a73 year old friend. Last day on vacation. Had to check out of condo the next day. My Toyota RAV4 died. Would not start. After the fiasco with AAA I was finally towed to Panama City Toyota. The service department was closed, but the new car sales manager, Danno Carlisle was in the store. He saw my Distress And was more than happy to help me. With the cooperation of his service director, Chris Watson, they bumped me up to first in line the next morning to determine the cause of my problem, which was a dead battery. Installed a new battery and had me ready for the road by 9 o’clock the next morning. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. They could’ve so easily said I’m sorry ma’am, but there are other people ahead of you but they did not. There was no hesitation on either of their parts to accommodate my needs and ease my stress. So if you’re in the Panama City area and you have a Toyota and you need service or if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, Panama City Toyota is the place to go. Shout out Dan For your kindness It was much appreciated and to Chris and your crew. You’re all the best. Thank you, thank you thank you. The old ladies from Kentucky, you were our angels

  Le doy una estrella porque es el mínimo y no hay -0 porque sino lo haría, al menos a la parte de servicios, llevamos mi familia y yo lidiando con un problema en una goma o rueda desde hace más de 10 días, la primera vez le quitaron el hueco y restauraron, pero al día siguiente ya no tenía la misma cantidad de aire, luego cada día menos por lo que volvimos y según ellos pudieron una nueva que tuvieron que encargar y poner al otro día estuvimos 1 hora treinta minutos unos para el cambio de tire, cuando creímos que al fin se resolvería no fue así en el mismo dealer el auto reflejó una falla de aire en la misma tire, se lo volvieron a llevar y para entonces quien nos devolvió el auto ya estaba disgustado como si nosotros fuéramos culpable de su mal trabajo, nos fuimos y al otro día y todos los días restantes hemos tenido que ir a cada sitio llenando el tire de aire porque amanece muy bajo de aire hasta el punto de reflejarlo en pantalla y pedir asistencia a dealer y me preguntó es de confiar el trabajo que están haciendo en el dealer en la parte de servicio o deben poner cámaras los jefes y ver si están haciendo bien su trabajo, porque parece muy muy extraño que un auto nuevo comprado en este año y con tires “nuevos” tenga ese tipo de problemas, cabe destacar que mi familia paga un seguro de 100 dólares mensuales para todo tipo de averías como esta pero me preocupa.

  I rarely write reviews, but in a world dominated by negativity, I wanted to give a thumbs up to an outstanding local business. I am a single, older female who knows nothing about cars. I was driving home from my Panama City vacation. About 30 miles down the road, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with a host of warnings advising me of multiple system failures. Not knowing if it was even safe to continue driving, I called Panama City Toyota. Joseph answer my call. After listening to my tale of woe, he assured me they could take care of me. I turned around and drove back to the dealership. I had no appointment and it was obviously a very, very busy service department. I figured I would spend the rest of the day just hoping they could run diagnostics. Instead, they checked my car out, fixed what turned out to be just a faulty sensor, and had me back on the road in under 2 hours. And they texted me a really cool video from the guy who serviced my car explaining what was wrong and how he fixed it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. From a non-customer and out-of-town visitor, I highly recommend Panama City Toyota. Special thanks to Joseph.

  Earlier this year, I had a disappointing experience at Toyota when I was looking to purchase a minivan. I felt like the sales staff looked down on me, and no one seemed willing to help. I left feeling helpless and frustrated. Two weeks ago, I decided to stop by again, and this time, everything changed. I truly believe God placed Detrick Lesure in my path. He treated me with kindness and respect and helped me drive away in my new Toyota Sienna. Sometimes God closes one door just to lead you to the right person.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience purchasing my Toyota Sienna, and I want to give special recognition to Detrick Lesure for making the entire process such a positive one.Detrick was extremely kind, patient, and professional from the beginning.
