  I had a great experience working with D at Panama City Toyota. From beginning to end, D was welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicles in the lot. There was no pressure to buy and every question I had was answered. If you are looking for a smooth experience ask for D!

  My wife had fallen in love with the ‘26 Camry, been on the website building the exact one she wanted. We went into Panama City Toyota on a Thursday, knowing what she wanted. Got the run around the entire time, which was fine, whatever. When we left, they were supposed to email everything to get the deal done via wire transfer. Monday rolls around and we hear from our saleswoman, ( Sam ) saying “they still haven’t gotten the transfer and if we don’t get it by this afternoon, my hands are kind of tied “ Come to find out, no one sent the email. They finally got the transfer on Tuesday. We show up to a Toyota Camry with no tint… mind you the one we saw on Thursday had tinted windows. But “ the sun in this direction, plus the color of the car makes it seem like there isn’t tint “ What should’ve been an easy in and out, turned into an almost week long debacle. Horrible, horrible experience. If my wife wasn’t so set on just getting this car and process over, we would’ve went to Marianna. And I highly suggest people do their research before coming here, I wish I would’ve. There are lots of people saying they would rather make the drive to Marianna as well!! Edit: Went back, asked why they switched the cars? And the manager Nathan was able to fix it. Getting ours tinted. Sam still looked lost.

  I would like to give a huge shoutout to Detrick for providing my husband and I with EXCELLENT customer service! We have been on the look out for a TRD Pro Solar Octane 4 Runner for a few months and it has been quite the challenge to find that specific color near by with low miles and at a good price. After finding one at Panama City Toyota our search is finally over! Detrick went above and beyond to give us a great experience. He wasn’t pushy, addressed all of our concerns and made the deal happen in a timely manner. He provided us with such good customer service we even let it slide that he is an Alabama fan! Thank you again for working with us and giving us a deal we could not pass up. You have made this birthday a special one! 🧡💙🐊🧡💙

  I'm totally happy with my Panama City Toyota purchase this past June 2026. My sales person Sam Feuer made the buying experience friendly and relaxed. She knew all the details about the car I bought, the features and accessories and answered all my questions professionally and patiently.   You just simply cannot get good service at this Toyota dealership. It is very unprofessional & you will wait 3 hours & then they will tell you to go somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced. They will NEVER detail the vehicle you have bought from them because they will tell you they don't have enough people. Go to Marianna Toyota. They value you and will treat you as such!!
