  Not very car savvy myself. Went in for routine oil change. However, I also had a pretty major door leak and a couple minor recalls. Service advisor Chris Doyle is excellent. Very polite and upbeat right off the get go. Made sure I was aware what was being done to my vehicle and why. Great guys!

  Lea Ann was truly a lifesaver for our trip!!! Our rental at the airport got messed up, and Lea Ann saved the day by helping us secure my dream car for a rental!! She reassured us that the shuttle service would help us get back to the airport to make our flight back, and was a rockstar!! This is what great customer service looks like. On our next trip down to PCB, Lea Ann and Toyota will definitely be our first call!!! Thank you!!!

  My husband and I would like to highly recommend Panama City Toyota. We are very pleased with our 2026 Toyota 4Runner. A big shout out to our salesman John Nicholson. He went way and above to help us. We really felt he was sincere, friendly and really wanted us to get our car; no pressure at all!! He even helped me learn about the interior instruments after the purchase; which was extremely helpful. We appreciated so many others as well: the Sales Manager Dan Carlise who finalized the deal, Johny Gause, who took the time to introduced us to everyone, David Teague their business manager, again no pressure and easy going, Roland Worrell who helped with our new floor mats and threw in an extra treat, and the two sweet receptionist (sorry didn't get their name) who were pleasant and very helpful. This has been one of our best car buying experiences and we fill blessed to have bought from Panama City Toyota 🙌🙏😊

  Phenomenal experience with Panama City Toyota. Seth Robertson is a skilled and concientious ambassador for the Toyota brand. You'll want to ask for him specifically. In advance, with notice if possible, because his appointments tend to fill up. His product knowledge is second to none and his demeanor is relaxed. Loved our experience with him. Nate Lilavois is superb on the management side. Great pairing of guys to work with as we purchased our 4th Camry. The real story here is we made an 850 mile round trip, past 20 other Toyota dealerships, to work only with PCT. We'd done business in the past as locals but have since moved across the state in recent years. When the time came to replace Camrys it was 100% worth a 7 hour drive out on a Saturday, an overnight stay, and a 7 hour drive home Sunday to deal exclusively with this store. Strong loyalty here. We're some of your biggest fans. We love our 2026 Camry XLE. Keep up the great work you guys!

  After hitting a deer and totalling my previous van we needed a new one asap. Not just for my daily work commute but for a road trip that was happening in two weeks. We found the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica on their site and when we went to potentially purchase we found out that it had only just been traded in and hadn't been serviced or detailed. In spite of this, it appeared to be a good van so we put a down payment to hold it. I expressed to our saleslady Ms. Avi that we really needed it soon. After she spoke with several people they got it in servicing and we were later able to plan to sign papers on Monday (we went on Thursday to see it). When Monday arrived Ms. Avi said they were finishing up the servicing and would just need to be detailed, so we could pick it up later that week. After signing some paperwork she came back to tell me they were already done, van was in detailing and we could take her home that day. With how far away we live and how much we work I was beyond happy and thoroughly impressed with how quickly and efficiently they were able to get our new car ready for us. I have always found car buying to be stressful but Avi was very sweet, accommodating, and willing to help us to the best of her ability. Every other staff member I came in contact with was extremely helpful and professional. I thank all of you for assisting us.
