  How are you going to close all 3 counters on the 3rd before a holiday when 3 flights are delayed and we get in at 11:45pm?? You had so many customers goto Avis and hertz pissed off. What’s the point of having status with yall this location constantly sucks

  Patricia at the reservation counter provided excellent customer service, as did Andrew during my return. I just wish I had thought to ask about the car colors when given two car choices because driving a black car in Florida in late June was very hot. Overall, this car rental was a great experience.

  Sabina and Andrew were phenomenal at pickup and dropoff expertly getting us into the proper vehicle to fit our business party’s traveling needs! 10/10 customer service, vehicle selection, and places to eat recommendations! Will be booking again with National for the next trip!!!

  Vehicle (VW ATLAS) was picked up from National ECP with a Crack in the windshield and an active tire leak. I called after driving off the lot about the windshield and later called roadside service to inform them of the leak. I was advised to exchange the vehicle in Dothan, AL regional airport and that they were expecting me. When I went to exchange, however, there was no available vehicle and I am now 2 days into my 5 day work trip with no rental or way forward.

  Pro tip: Hang on to your gas receipt. Even if you fill up right before returning your rental, check your invoice carefully. I did and was still charged for fuel. With the nearest gas station more than 10 miles away and National’s re-fueling charges exceeding $7 per gallon, National seems to have found a creative way to squeeze a little extra out of its customers.
