  Didn't even have the pleasure of going to the place because they had no record of my appointment. I called about a week in advance and was told I was booked for a 1:30 time. Im glad I called ahead to confirm the appointment because I didn't receive any sort of confirmation.

  This was only place I could get in quickly. They immediately got me into a bay and started service right away. Johnny C. Was so kind and a great help. Very friendly and fast service. Much appreciated all around

  Great customer service! They were super busy but them guys stayed steady working and the wait wasn't bad at all! Maybe 30 to 45 minutes tops! Johnny did great explaining everything to me so that I could understand and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of service that I don't need. There was also another employee... A gentleman that was just a little bit older. He also was really nice and helpful when I had a couple of questions. This was my first time visiting Grease Monkey and I will definitely be back for all my future needs for my vehicle servicing. Thank y'all again Grease Monkey ✌️

  If I could give 0 stars I would and here’s why! I went last week to get my oil changed and asked them to look at my brake pads. Great service as far as the oil change but this guy then tells me I need all new brake pads and all new rotors. Quoted me over $1000! A few days later I had a thought to call and get a quote from BJs Auto Repair in Port St Joe and asked what they would charge. The guy asked if my car was shaking or if if I heard squealing when I braked, I said no, he said you don’t need roters but come in and I’ll do your brakes. Today I took my car in and after driving my car and removing the tires he said honey you don’t need rotors or brake pads, your pads are thick. He put my tires back on and after offering to pay to the inspection he said I’m not charging you anything. And he didn’t! I’m so upset that someone would tell me a lie that could potentially cost me $1000! Such a scam! Thank the Lord I asked someone else (a true professional) and saved myself a lot of money. Btw, BJs does and oil change ABD tire rotation for under $100, less than what I pay every time at Grease Monkey! (Btw I’ve only used Grease Monkey since I bought this car last year but NEVER AGAIN!

  Honest! I first was told that I needed a water pump with the thermostat and the price is going to be over $700. I immediately called my son, since as a 71-year-old widow and not knowing much about vehicles I let my son handle it. Johnny and the mechanic did come back to me and told me that they thought that I had a problem in my engine, because they saw some metal shavings in my oil that they changed. Which the over $700 did not include the oil change. They should have let me know about the metal shavings when they changed my oil. Before they ever took it back to the mechanic shop. It would have been nice to have been shown those metal shavings in the very beginning. Not just be told about them later. When they came to me and let me know about the metal shavings in the oil. They didn't want to do the water pump and thermostat job and me possibly go down the road and end up needing a new engine. So I once again called my son who immediately said NO to doing anything else. My son knows about these things. They were honest with me about the possibility that I had an engine problem. Then they came back and said once they took the serpentine belt off that they quit hearing the knocking in the engine. That it probably was the water pump making the noise and not the engine. My son still said NO, if there's a possibility that there was any kind of metal shavings in the oil that meant that there was a problem and it wasn't a good idea to spend any money on it. They do give a military discount on an oil change. I still had sticker shock at what the price was even with the discount. I seem to be getting sticker shocked quite a bit with everything I go to do. The price with my $25 discount was still over $10 more than the last time I had my oil changed. So that means it was about a $35 to $40 price hike from the last time the oil was changed. Although I've never had my oil changed at Grease Monkey before. All of this back and forth I had to sit for I don't know two or three hours. With having a bad back and trying to sit in those little hard chairs in the waiting room was not very comfortable. At least Johnny, the manager, said that since they didn't do the work they weren't going to charge me all the labor for having taken it apart to the point they did and then putting it back together. Had they told me about the metal shavings in the oil it could have saved me a lot of time and them from wasting their time taking it apart and then coming back to me telling me about the shavings at that point. I think I would have been not very happy had they tried to charge me labor for taking it back to their mechanic shop and starting to take it apart before they ever told me about the metal shavings in the oil. Had they said that up front when they spoke to my son. He would have said no don't do it. As it was Johnny took my phone It was talking to my son and then went inside with my phone talking to my son. Then he came back and just handed me the phone with my son having already hung up. Instead of staying there where I could have heard what he said to my son. He just came out and told me that my son was going to pay for it. Then he had me call him back to see if he was also going to pay for the oil change, because he hadn't included that in the price and hadn't told my son about that. Which then I paid for the oil change.
