  Just called as I already have a vehicle from another state on a road trip to Florida. The last location said I could definitely swap out vehicles for something we actually wanted. Called to speak to someone at the local branch and they said they can’t guarantee makes and models just size. Like what? Thats not what a different enterprise location told me when I got a van smh. I want to rent a bronco or jeep so will go to a place that will confirm they have them.

  Great experience all the way around. Natasha helped us and was on the ball to get us what we needed. Another guy was also very helpful, I think his name was Andrew. Will definitely use again.

  I’ve rented from Enterprise several times this year and I’ve had a great experience each time. Terrific staff, cars in excellent condition, easy check in and drop off, as well as competitive pricing.

  We picked up our vehicle on 7/23, that same day, we called to notify that there were dents on the back bumper. The next day, we call becuase there are weed grounds all over the back floor board and behind the back seat. Chloe, from the Panama City airport location, said she would call my husband and email details. Neither occurred. We were told a supervisor would call, never occurred. My husband finally drove the car back up there reluctantly since he’s a fire fighter and our daughter is 1.5 yrs old (both not ideal situations to be potentially pulled over and deal with). Once he returned it, Chloe promised to email me by that evening (latest the next morning) for a resolution on partial refund as it was booked through Chase Travel. Never got an email. We returned the vehicle me Sunday, no resolution/partial refund but they did make a point to charge us $18 in gas. I followed up yesterday and today with Chloe (and her recommended OOO CCs). No response. Absolutely pissed as we lost so much time on our first family vacation and risked legal action if potentially pulled over.
