  Horribly reckless drivers. I was almost side-swiped by one who was verging way to far into the wrong lane today. Every time I have a near miss at this airport, 9 out of 10 times it's an enterprise driver.

  After the rental was tolled to the airport. They couldn’t find the car and key. Waited for 3 hours to only get another broke down car after saying they didn’t have any cars. Terrible experience. Enterprise communication btwn customer service and Towing is terrible. Enterprise needs to stop renting broken cars.

  I had an issue with my car. Enterprise. The location in Villia Rica, Georgia, which is where I picked my car up. They were extremely helpful in the whole scenario, but the bottom line is enterprise. Customer Service told me to go to the airport in Panama City, Florida, they will help you, I got there. They actually had a car to swap my car with they had issues with. but refused to do it, they told me to go to a different enterprise. And by the time I figured out that one mistake, I went back to the airport and they told me they had no cars, and refused to even justify their reasoning for telling me to run all over town trying to get a car that would work versus the car they gave me that had issues. They were very unprofessional, anyone by the airport needs to be aware of the fact that they lie straight straight to your face. Now I’m driving a car in Panama City Florida refused to swap with now I’m driving a car that has service issues. He was such a horrible situation, they ended up doing a corporate complaint, but it’s still solved nothing.

  Picked up my vehicle last night and drove 11 miles to my home, car sat and came out this morning to the tire at 26psi. I didn’t hit anything or run over anything last night and this is the second car in a row for this to happen. Call roadside service, hour and a half later still waiting for assistance. Told I have to drive on a highway going 50 mph to exchange the car if I want to change it out. Can’t go anywhere or do anything at this point since the tire is still low and no one has shown up. Mind you they will be charging $68. I think my loyalty to enterprise due to this location will be ending. Update: it got even worse! I had to call after sitting and waiting for 2.5 hours to be told somehow the service got cancelled! Thank god my 10 year old son and I aren’t stranded on the side of the road. Absolutely not acceptable. Now left to deal with this on my own because I am not going to allow them to ruin the rest of our vacation as they already ruined the start of it
