  These people are very kind. I left my Ray-Ban‘s in one of the cars and called a couple days later and they had them in the Lost and Found and I also held one of the workers over about 30 minutes past closing time and he remained super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you, Enterprise.

  Everyone was so very helpful, especially Taylor and Ashley! I was a mess after having another vehicle, destroy my windshield and they helped me. They did more for me than was necessarily required, and even put up with my frantic self. They were my first grip of reality after the amazing accident I was involved in and I cannot thank them enough for being there at that moment for me and my family!

  This was by far the worst experience I have had with a rental car company. I made a reservation in advance, but when I arrived, I was told there were no vehicles available. I was initially informed that only two customers were ahead of me waiting for returned vehicles and that they expected to have a car available for me by the end of the day. I never received an update, so I called back later to check on the status. At that point, I was told there were now 14 people ahead of me and that it could be as long as three days before a vehicle became available. When I asked why the situation had changed so drastically from what I was originally told, the gentleman’s response was that I was “from out of town.” That response was extremely disappointing and made an already frustrating situation even worse. I understand that vehicle availability can change, but accepting a reservation, giving a customer an expectation that a vehicle will be available that same day, and then later saying it could take three days with no communication or update is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience.

  Awesome service! As always, I’ve used this location multiple times and they always go above and beyond. Tre really stood out and helped me out for a smooth service while returning my most recent rental. Huge shout out to tre! He deserves a raise for helping me fast and smooth! Tre gave 110%!!! Best person at the location hands down!!!

  This was my first experience renting a vehicle - my car was being worked on and this was the only viable option I had. I was extremely nervous, but the gentleman at the counter was polite, met me with a smile, and patiently walked me through what was required to rent a vehicle. He asked what type of vehicle I was interested in, but that specific car was no longer there. However he assured me they would do their absolute best to put me in a similar vehicle. I then waited briefly (not long at all in truth) as there were 2-3 people in front of me, and another gentleman, Taylor Luna, called my name and he walked me to a beautiful Hyundai Elantra... We talked as he did his pre-rental inspection, and he was professional, friendly, and answered any and all questions I had concerning the car, the rental agreement, charges, etc. He even had to tell me how to start the car as I've never had a keyless start before! Bless his heart! The car was clean and well maintained, and being able to rent it hassle free was a major plus! I returned the car a day early and with a 1/2 tank of gas (it was almost empty when I rented it, and the salesman assured me I could return it that way), I thought there might be a huge process to go through because of the early return, but the gentleman who did the return inspection efficiently handled everything, including the refund of both the deposit and the money for the day I did not use!! Every employee, whether they assisted me or not, was friendly and spoke to me in some fashion. I was more than impressed with the ENTIRE experience, and will continue to use, as well as highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone in need of renting a vehicle in the future. 5☆ isn't high enough to rate my satisfaction with this business, but since that's the highest the scale goes....... 8☆!!!! Thanks to everyone at the 23rd Street Enterprise in Panama City for going the extra mile, and showing what true professionalism and efficiency really is!!!
