- RRRaechelleAug 23, 20264.0Have been renting from Enterprise for almost 15-20 years and was told on my last rental that I might not be able to rent from them again because I bring the mentally back in late but no negative payments did not owe anything I am and I was told by the front desk work that I was not able to rent another one for the upcoming event for my grandson's football game.. I always clean the car vacuum it out feel it back up the same way every time I also was told that I didn't have anything when I first got the rental was a lot was full of cars

The only reason I put that I may not choose you in the future is because I only had a choice of a couple of cars to rent and it was going to be for a couple of weeks. Other than that, you guys have always been great.

I did have a small issue with the DC port, it was broken, but I got a different charger and was credited for having to buy one. So, the customer service was really attentive. I'm happy with the compensation. I'll be back!

I was already frustrated and stressed, but Ford at Enterprise went above and beyond to help me find other options so I could still secure my rental. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to Ford, I was able to get everything worked out — debit card for the win! I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the fact that he took the time to help instead of just saying there was nothing he could do. Ford deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!
