  My car was in a repair shop and I had a rental from Enterprise while my car was in the shop. Every employee was courteous, professional, and I did not have to wait long for pick up from the repair center to the Enterprise location. The rental I received was clean and no issues.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise! I rented a Chrysler Pacifica, and it was absolutely perfect. The vehicle was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a really smooth ride. It was especially nice having plenty of room for everyone and all of our belongings. The service was also excellent. The employees were friendly, professional, and very helpful, and the entire process was quick and easy. I really appreciated how fast and welcoming everyone was. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reliable rental car and great customer service. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again!

  The team is always helpful and supportive. Ted goes above and beyond his due diligence with customer service. My monthly rentals is the best investment with enterprise during these challenging times with our nation.

  Very disappointing experience. I called a day in advance to reserve an eight-seat vehicle and was given a scheduled pickup time. Despite this, I had to wait 40 minutes, only to be offered a seven-seat van instead of the eight-seat vehicle I had requested. This wasted my time and delayed me so much that I had to postpone an important appointment. The whole point of booking ahead was to avoid this situation. Poor organization and a lack of respect for customers’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

  I always have such a great experience every time I come in to get a rental! Ted and Edgar are absolutely amazing. They’re always friendly, helpful, professional, and make the whole rental process so easy and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great customer service. I really appreciate how consistently great they are every time I come in. Highly recommend them!
