  I’ve rented from this location a couple of times. Both times they called the day before to confirm. Each time I was given vehicles to choose from. This last rental TED really took good care of us! There was some glitch in getting my rental receipt upon return, but it was quickly resolved the next business day. I will definitely be coming back again, exceptional customer service from Ted, rental and return was fast and easy, I just wish they were open on weekends (at least Saturdays)

  Can't get them to answer the phone. On hold 30 minutes and counting (for someone at the local store). Same when I tried to call a few other locations. Corporate couldnt 100% answer my question. They told me to call the local store to confirm their answer.

  The employees were very nice. I know this is probably as much a corporate issue. I reserved the car, It was not ready. I asked how long until I can get going and they said give me just a minute. Half an hour later they said probably 15 more minutes. They tried to put me in a much smaller car than what I reserved.

  Great customer service! Wish the SUV I reserved was available. But the Camry was ok, too.
