  I was very pleased with the customer service here. They were fast, affordable, they gave me reliable transportation. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will return for sure. Highly recommend

  After having a ghost reservation at the W 23rd location, I booked a confirmed reservation here just to show up and find out… they also did not have a SINGLE car available to rent out… Enterprise hit me with this unprofessional bs at two PCB locations in the same day. I had to uber to a Destin location after pleading with customer service to verify they actually had a vehicle on-site available. Enterprise, how do you allow confirmed bookings when you don’t actually have any available cars in your inventory????
