  Edgar on 15th Street was the best. He is professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the whole process was super fast. Will definitely do business in the future.

  Reserved a car but as we're driving to get it they called to say they don't have any cars available and wanted us to wait half of the one day rental to get one. That's ridiculous and shows just how little they think of customers. Never again.

  I want to thank Ted for helping me get a car to return home. I had the worst experience at the airport and he made me feel safe to drive back 9 hrs in a reliable vehicle. Thank you for your service Ted!

  I had a reservation through Geico they were not organized, had cars there so they could have gotten me taken care of and out but instead took my information then had me step aside so he could help someone else instead of finishing up with me. Then proceeded to check in other customers. I left because I had a reservation I got there 10 minutes before they opened at 8am and let the man know I had to be out by 8:30am or I would be late for work. He was in no rush so as the time passed and he was helping everyone else I finally told the woman to cancel it I couldn’t wait any longer or I would be late. The lady on the phone who scheduled it said it shouldn’t take but 10 minutes in and out because they already had my information from the reservation I made over the phone. I will never use this store again, they need more employees and someone who can hustle to take care of their customers. I will go to the beach location from now on.
