  I call Custom Marine and got an appointment to have my boat services in less than a week. They did a great job getting it in and out in know time. Will go back for sure.

  I called Custom Marine about the availability of a new motor. The person that answered, now I know as Eddie, followed up with the owner and I got a call back the same day, as promised. From there these folks have been nothing but strait shooters. They even gave me a manufacturers discount that I wasn’t even aware of. I look forward to a long term relationship with Custom Marine Service!

  I called Custom Marine over the New Year's holiday & left a message concerning bringing an outboard motor to them to see if it was running. Early on the day they returned I received a phone call from JR & he said I could bring it in anytime. I actually met with JR & shared what I knew about the motor (it was given to me). He was very friendly, attentive & helpful & after discussing the cost of running a diagnostic on it I felt very comfortable leaving it in his hands. I was told it would be a 3-4 week wait, which I was anticipating. To my surprise, I received a call just a few days later with the details & cost of the work that needed to be done. I asked for a day to consider the cost & after talking to several folks who know about boat motors (I know almost nothing), I was assured the prices for labor & parts were very reasonable & I decided to let CMS make the repairs. Less than 2 weeks later I received a call that the motor was ready to be picked up. I told JR I would come & pay for the repairs, but I did not have a boat yet nor anywhere to store the motor. He told me it would be no problem to leave it with them & there would be no storage fee! I have to be honest & say I have not run the motor yet. However, I am very impressed with every aspect of my dealings with CMS & I would highly recommend this business! Once I get this motor on back of a boat & in the water, I will post more. Thank you to JR & Custom Marine Service for their good old fashioned local business!

  All round great customer service Mr. Eddy was very informative of what was wrong with my boat motor and they were quick in the process of ordering the parts and repairing it Mechanics are top notch and know what they are doing Great turnaround time I had a set time when I needed this boat for a hunting trip and they met that mark will Continue to use them for future needs and will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done to a boat
