- GBGrant Bartholomew2 days ago1.0I’ve attempted to visit this business over the past several evenings, only to arrive approximately 10 minutes before closing and find the office already shut down, with the steel door pulled over the service window. I waited for several minutes and did not see any staff available, although a pickup truck that appeared to belong to employees was still on site. I then drove toward the entrance of the car wash and again found no attendant present. After turning around near the end of the road to exit at the west light, I finally observed a young man in a ball cap and with long hair closing down the entrance machine. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of honoring posted business hours and serving customers up until the official closing time. If a business advertises that it closes at 8:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect service until that time. Maintaining consistency with posted hours is an important part of customer service and professionalism.

Once you get through the wash they have free vacuums and free Windex and free cleaner and free Shammy towels for you to use that are nice and clean. You just throw the dirty towels that you used into a bin when you're done with them. They wash them up for you so you have fresh clean ones available when you come back. The whole place is nice and clean and the car wash did a good job of getting the junk off my dirty little car. No one there to dry it for you at the end but the air dryers do a pretty good job on their own. Since they provide free clean Shammy towels to use you can always take a minute or so to give it a wipe down on your own. Not a "full service" car wash but it is affordable and provides alot of extras for you to do your own windows, vacuum, and inside outside and wipe down. Not "touchless" but sometimes the big soft blue brushes do a better job of getting the bugs off anyway. Love it love it love it
