We pulled up to Whistle Express Car Wash and were already on the payment screen when an older gentleman with long, gray hair came out and asked if he could help us with anything. I politely replied, “No thank you, I think I got it!” His response was, “Well, actually, you don’t.” He then reached over and pressed the payment button himself. I tapped my card, rolled my window up, and went through the wash. Unfortunately, this interaction really left a bad impression. Our entire time in town, we have been treated with nothing but kindness and welcoming customer service except here. There was no reason to respond to a customer that way, especially when I was simply trying to complete the payment process myself. If you’re visiting town and need a car wash, I personally would not recommend this location. Customer service matters, and this experience was anything but welcoming.

The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Shoutout to Scott for being especially attentive and making sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service!
