  I pulled in because i got a screw in my tire, was greeted by such an amazingly friendly staff, they. fixed my flat and had me out the door within 45 minutes, great experience, i highly recommend them. Thanks again to the team their.

  Got me in quickly for my service before I hit the road. Landon was polite and Great with explanation of needed repairs. Even when RUDE person came in dropping "F Bomb" SEVERAL Times. RUDE man was with towing service. Owner was nice and Apologized to me for RUDE mans profanity. Thank You Tuffy I will be back!!!

  Mr. Godfrey was very disrespectful combative right off the bat, trying to pick up the customer's vehicle that had been there that they did not repair, but they still charged over $3000 and acted like it was her fault that they didn't fix it. I wouldn't let them change the oil in my lawn. Mower, let alone work on my vehicle.

  Don't go there they are liars and false advertisement. They Send out coupons for $24. Oil changes, with a free tire rotation and then when you get there, it's a $110. then they tell you that it's because your car takes full synthetic, but on the coupon, it says nothing about full synthetic oil, and it also says that it covers most cars and light trucks, which is a complete lie most cars take full synthetic oil literally like 90 percent of them do.I l drive the the cheapest car there is a chevy spark. I will never go back. Waste of time and money. The one in lynn haven always honors their coupon. Go there

  Their franchise sends out coupons that they will not honor. They will argue with you about why and tell you to read fine print when they themselves clearly haven't read the fine print because the find print states everything we thought the coupon was 🫡 anyways, as a local ill just avoid tuffys and their coupons they send me monthly and go to a local car shop instead of a franchise, which I should have done to begin with, just trying to save a dime.
