  Wanted to take to time to share my experience with express oil on 98 at breakfast point As a delivery driver keeping the wheels turning is how I make a living. Today I had a tire need in my delivery van. Mateo was friendly , understanding , efficient and professional. I was back on the road quicker than I anticipated. Express oil and especially Mateo you have earned a lifetime customer. Thank you.

  Billy is an amazing manager. The care and urgency he responded with so that I could get a tire on my car to get out of the are before the storm was outstanding. Very good leader and manager. Overall this store as a whole I would strongly encourage and recommend anyone coming here for any vehicle needs.

  Excellent customer service and value….from out of town, went to autonation ford and they said they’d look at it in 7-10 days, went to Walmart, they don’t work on things like that, but they actually talked to me and looked at it, told me to come here…..Stuart was my point of contact, they were slammed, but he told me he could get to it shortly….they did just that and got me back on road quickly….what a tremendous store, I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Stuart for a great job!

  I would leave zero Stars if I could first we called and had the car towed to the location we didn't know what was wrong with the car. they came back with diagnostics and said we just needed to replace the battery and they proceeded to quote us $589 to replace and install the battery. They told us that the car would not be ready until Monday. we called back and told them that we were going to decline the services, as we needed the car today not 2 days from now. The guy then proceeded to tell me that we had already said that we wanted them to do the work and they ordered the parts, I said okay well we are declining the services because we're going to go buy a battery and install it ourselves today. he said well let me hurry up and go stop the guy before he starts installing the battery. I proceeded to ask him well you guys told us it wouldn't be ready till Monday how could he be installing the battery already when you just said you just ordered the parts everything they said was a lie and didn't make sense they literally went right next door to AutoZone and grab the battery that was marked up in price, and then said verbatim will theoretically the car could sit in the shop and be ready on Monday couldn't it? I said that makes no sense why you would do the work today and then let the car sit in the shop until Monday I said it doesn't matter we're coming to get the car and then the guy hung up on me. Don't bring your vehicle here play some other places that are more respectful and don't try to rip you off who in their right mind would ever pay $600 to have a battery installed and replaced we ended up going to O'Reilly's and we bought a battery for 140 bucks and then went and installed it ourselves which took about 20 minutes.
