  Coming from someone who travels full time, after this experience, I will NEVER use autozone again. I ordered 2 items on 6/21 for same day delivery- paid $7.49 to ensure my vehicle could be back on the road same day as I didn't have another way to getting to the store. The store delivered the coolant only- how is that helpful if I need the part I ordered isn't also delivered? It is now 6/23, I have spoken to the manager multiple times- still no part. They aren't even arguing they already sent the part- even though they put it in the system like they sent both out together. Been on hold for over 30 minutes (this time). Have been told I can walk to the store to pick it up- which Im not willing to walk an hour to pick up after paying for delivery with an actively bleeding colon. After my last autozone experience (different state) were they tried to give me only a core back for a defective starter THEY sold me- Advanced or O'Reillys will be getting my money. See if they actually care about their customers because it's not just this location. *Update- their daytime commercial manager was able to get me the part within an hour of speaking to him. I believe his name was Jason & was an absolute delight. If the company had more of him and less of the Tony's I would be willing to give them another shot

  I received expert help from Dexene. She was very knowledgeable when troubleshooting the check engine light that showed up on my dashboard and gave me helpful advice and solid recommendations.

  Would not even leave one star if possible. Very sad and poor customer service skills! Waited in line that was not a problem. When I asked what I needed help with I told them I was trying to see where my AC fuse was located. Both the guy working the front desk and the manager acted like they did not want to help me. Their whole demeanor was if even trying to help me was an inconvenience other than just ringing someone up for an item they were purchasing. Very rude and just seemed like they did not want to help at all, and I simply was just asking if someone could help me figure out where my AC fuse was located to see if it was burnt out and I needed to order another one or buy another one!!!! Manager and younger guy at the front.
