  I wanted to find a new membership after Sun & Suds could not accommodate our truck, I ran into Hannah over at Tommy’s Car Wash. what a rockstar she is, I was given complete tour of facility and all the amenities available. I decided to switch entire family over and what a great decision that was. Quality of facility is top notch along with entire staff. Thanks Hannah!!!!

  Had a great experience at Tommy Express Car Wash thanks to Tomarion. He was very respectful, professional, and had great communication from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. His positive attitude definitely made my visit better!

  I prefer a hand wash, but when I have to do automatic, I require a system that doesn't grip my low profile wheels. I discovered Tommy's conveyor belt system while I was in Dallas and liked it so much, I signed up for the monthly wash program. I was excited to discover there was one here in Ellenton. My experience here was different to what I was used to in Dallas. Someone was always standing at the entrance of the wash and directing my car in. I wasn't impressed with this one as no one came out and anyone can just pull up right behind the car in front of them, which scares the hell out of me. Dallas also had someone with a pressure washer manually spraying the front of the vehicle, which was again, absent here. I've been here twice in one week and it's not an isolated experience. No attendants were there either time. The wash was decent enough though, as it got rid of most of the love bugs and road grime I had picked up from the drive from Dallas. I do love the convenience of the app drive through lane and not having to wait.

  This place had a really friendly young lady in the cashier’s booth. The car wash is high quality and well maintained. The vacuums and compressed air are no extra charge. The auto car mat washers are a great addition. It was love bug season when I went through and the car was covered after a long drive. I bought only the basic wash and they offered to bring me through again if there were still bugs on the car. I was impressed when the basic wash removed almost everything and the rest were easy to remove by hand. Next time I will certainly upgrade my services.

  Visited 5/1 between 2:20pm-3pm. Top notch customer service from the get go. Unfortunately I can't remember some of their names but the two gentlemen at the cashier's window, the young man who helped me realize how ti get my newer vehicle into N, Samari (i hope I spelled that correctly!) and Ricky! All treated me with kindness, respect, professionalism, and friendliness. They offered me options for packages but zero pressure. Samari visited while I was vacuuming and made sure I knew where the complimentary cleaning supplies were (as well as coffee and other things).Ricky gave me some supplies and also let me know about an upcoming customer appreciation event. Top notch customer service!
