These guys do excellent work and would recommend them to anybody. They go above and beyond what’s required. Needed new breaks, tires, axle etc. They got it done for me the same day. THANK YOU TO AUSTIN, CHRIS AND THE WHOLE STAFF AT TIRE KINGDOM!!!

Avoid if at all possible!! I’ll walk before I spend another dime here.
TLDR: These clowns wasted my entire day waiting for a 90 minutes tire install.
I needed 4 tires for my commuter car, and these guys were the closest and had decent prices on their tires. I made an appointment for the following morning (which requires a $25 deposit), and a rep called me 8 minutes later to verify that I was still coming to my appointment the following morning. That should’ve been a red flag, but I thought the better of it and let it slide. I asked how long I should plan for, and he said 60-90 minutes.
I show up at 0852 for my 0900 appointment, and there wasn’t a single parking space open. Not one. That should’ve been another indicator, but again, thought the better of it.
As I entered, I noticed the waiting room was at capacity. That made sense, considering all the cars that were in the parking lot. The rep in the lobby was more concerned with answering the phone, going into the service bay, showing a tech how to do something, then into the waiting room, and calling another shop before acknowledging me. That’s when it all started to click. He asked me what I was there for, and I told him. Then he went back to doing something else. Another rep walks in from the bay, and I start the whole process over again with him. I finally get to the point where I give him my keys, so I ask how long he thinks it’ll be… “Several hours.” What? You told me 60-90 minutes last night. “Yeah, but then all these people showed up this morning.” Do they have appointments? Nope. So I ask what the purpose of an appointment is, and he can’t really tell me. Great. So I ask him to call me when it’s done.
I take an Uber home, and by 3PM, I still hadn’t heard anything. I have my wife take me back, arrive around 3:30, and my car is STILL on the rack with one wheel on it. At this point, I’ve lost my patience. I informed them of my displeasure and they basically blew me off.
Seriously, go elsewhere if you can. Time is valuable, but not to these guys.

Couldn’t be more happier with my experience! I had to get a new tire in a pinch and the store was closing in 10 minutes and I had already went to to other places and was turned away and Jerry, one of the managers and his crew Chris and Austin stayed late and went out of their way to help get a new tire on my truck. The prices are affordable and he gave me a few different options and he was very professional. Ended up getting 4 new tires, couldn’t resist the deal. Overall the crew here are all very nice and accommodating, I highly recommend this place!

I went in with a low tire pressure warning light. In just minutes the problem was resolved. A bad valve. But the it was time to pay the bill. And all they asked for was an honest review. AWESOME. 5 stars. Thanks Austin. I'm a dedicated customer from this day on

Excellent Service!
Huge shoutout to Jerry and Chris at Tire Kingdom in Palmetto! My tire was there right on time, exactly as promised, and both of them were incredibly nice, courteous, and professional. They got me in and out quickly, which was a huge convenience for me.
It’s refreshing to get great customer service and people who actually do what they say they’re going to do. I definitely appreciate you guys and will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
