  I arrived for service because it was supposed to be an express oil change place. The worker began to look in my engine as if he lost something. Long story short, he lost my overflow radiator cap. The manager after an hour and a half stated he would order one but it was fine to drive. I contacted a mechanic who said that it was not ok to drive it like that. After 2 hours they finally found the cap. This was a terrible experience.

  I had the pleasure of doing business with Robert this morning and would recommend Express Oil Change to anyone. Even though extremely busy Robert was helpful, respectful and friendly. He did not push any extra services but did give me a printout of recommendations for the future according to mileage. I will definitely use them for future services.

  I was very satisfied with the maintenance on my car. Luke and the technicians were very knowledgeable and they took care of my oil change timing belts, and alignment. They also were very detail with the maintenance on the car that made me realize the timing belts were very worned out. They did a great job and it took them 1.5 hours to take care of the issues. I will definitely comeback to them for maintenance on my car.

  My tire was completely flat and I was an hour away from home. I got to the store less than an hour before they closed and they were extremely kind and went right out to look at the tire. They let me know the pricing up front and took the car right back. Unfortunately my tire couldn’t be repaired but they showed me the damage and gave me options without trying to upsell me at all. All of the staff was extremely friendly and they got my spare tire on super quick. They took the pressure and anxiety out of having a car issue, I would 100% recommend them!

  Amazing service! Matthew is the best! !! I had a nail in my tire and booked an appointment for a repair. Matthew helped me out right away and he was incredibly efficient. To my surprise, he didn't even charge me! He explained that the nail hadn't actually punctured the inner liner and there was no leak, so he took care of it quickly and sent me on my way. I’ve lived in the Artisan Lakes community right across the street for two years now, and I can't believe I didn't know this "hidden gem" was right at my doorstep. I am so impressed by their honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future oil changes!
