My car broke down on 19 right out front of their shop. They didn't have a technician available but he guys up front tool the time to come out and look at my car and were able to get it started again! Saved me so much time and money and very professional. I can't thank them enough!

Randy and Mikey were great! They were very courteous and professional. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and they checked for an oil leak (which I have). The price was good. Randy went above and beyond and helped me with my hatchback that was difficult to open. I will return if needed and refer Tires Choice Palm Harbor to my friends and family. On another note, the waiting room and restroom need improving. I could not even use the restroom because it was so nasty. The coffee cups in waiting room were old and dirty. This is also part of customer service guys-you can do better.

I came in with a Nail in my tire expecting to get it patched. They looked at my tire told me what was wrong and I said go ahead and Patch the tire. I was given no quote beforehand And I was charged $45 to patch a tire I have never in my life been charged that much for a tire patch Maybe $20 at the very most

Success, failure, success. Several months ago I had my radiator flushed and my TPMS replaced. Great job. Was informed by Andrew Markowski, the manager, that I had several millimeters left on my rear brake pads. I told him I'd be back in September, he said that would be fine. A couple of weeks ago I received a coupon for $50 off per axle on any brake work. Fine. Monday June 22 I took my vehicle in to replace said brake pads. I was told that their air compressor was broken could I come back later in the week. That next Wednesday I showed up just after they opened, about 7:35 am. 11:30 am the job was finished but was asked if I had a dashboard warning light on constantly. Yes, my windshield washer fluid low warning sending unit had been replaced twice but never went away. Everything worked, so I just tap it away. Apparently, the tech who was working on the vehicle had passed out and had been taken to the hospital. I was told my parking brake light was on (I had never used my parking brake) and they couldn't figure out why. Since they had caused the problem, they comped the service and told me to take the vehicle to Andrew who was now at a different shop and knew Chevys better. Fine. As I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed the contact point when I applied the brake was lower than before, the brakes were soft and "mushy," and when constant pressure was applied, the pedal would do a slow drop to the floorboard. That Friday I went to see Andrew arriving at his shop again around 7:30 am. He was expecting me and got me right in. 5 hours later the vehicle was done. The original tech had apparently damaged the motor that operated the parking brake (a motor? Who knew?) which somehow affected the brake pressure. Again, apologies and the service was comped. I applaud the honesty and integrity of the people working for you and especially Andrew for his expertise and competence. I will be using his particular shop for all my vehicle maintenance.
