Came in with a screw in my daughter's tire and was greeted immediately by Sam and he got us in and out in no time. His customer service and communication was top notch. He explained everything to my daughter from the repair of the tire to the lock key for her lug nuts. Sam and the other technician were very friendly and informative. A ++ service

This is the best experience ever at this Mavis location. Sam the assistant manager went above and beyond any expectation I had with excellent customer service. He by far cares about his store and his customers. He made it important that I needed to get my car in and it was a great experience while I was waiting. Sam is an asset to this company and you should have more employees like him. Never lose him in myopinion. He is a great team leader with his staff as well.
