BEWARE OF THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION! Extremely disappointing experience! I rented a vehicle from this location on October 12, 2026, and was very disappointed by how they handled the fuel charges. When I picked up the vehicle, the dashboard showed only 48 miles to empty, meaning the vehicle was already extremely low on gas. Before returning the vehicle, I stopped to put gas in it. When I returned it, the dashboard showed 88 miles to empty. That’s 40 MORE miles of estimated driving range than when I picked it up! Despite returning the vehicle with a higher estimated fuel range, Enterprise still charged me $12.70 for 2 gallons of gas at $6.35 per gallon! How does that make sense? I have photographic evidence showing the dashboard at pickup and return, along with the final rental receipt clearly showing the refueling charge. I find this practice extremely unfair and misleading. Customers should not be charged for additional fuel without a proper explanation, especially when they return a vehicle with more estimated driving range than they received. I expect Enterprise to investigate this charge and issue a refund if it was applied incorrectly. My advice to everyone renting from this location: TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR FUEL GAUGE BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR RENTAL AND CHECK YOUR FINAL RECEIPT CAREFULLY! Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from Enterprise.

Extremely rude Front Desk manager. Asked to trade in my car for a different vehicle. The attendant was rude dismissive and did not provide any solutions or reach out to other Enterprises basically just said yeah don’t have anything for you sorry, man and then when I pressed on and said, is there another enterprise that you could set up a transfer with? He said oh yeah there’s another enterprise open at the airport I told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude Seems like he was the manager on shift scruffy beard didn’t get his name. Should probably fire him, Since he clearly hates his job.
