  Huge shout out to the staff at the location for making my car rental experience a memorable one! Special thanks to Eric, the branch manager for being pleasant, cheerful, engaging, and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed this experience with renting from this location. The pick up and drop off were both smooth processes which I cannot express enough gratitude for!!! Was given a clean & well kept 2026 Hyundai Sonata, which I enjoyed immensely. Thank you all again!

  My car was totaled in a car accident & Enterprise found the right car for me that was similar to my Honda. It made all the difference for me getting over my trauma & having peace of mind to drive again. Thank you Enterprise!!

  If I am able to provide lower than zero I would as the female attendant claiming to be one of the mangers was very disrespectful to the extent that she stated that she will have my elderly mother and myself ejected. We had been renting a car due to a car accident for the last three months and for the past two months I paid them personally. She refused to provide her name and as we are sitting waiting for Lokey Nissan to come and pick us up, she was asking me to go and stand in the sun. Very inhumane and cruel. We paid in full as it was our card yet she stated that since I had not responded to call that I never received they wanted to tow the car while they had my card information and billing me all along.

  I believe in fairness and accountability. I made a reservation for a large SUV.(grand Jerome, expedition. Etc. The day before my pickup they called said they had a traverse. I asked if it was in the same class and they said yes. The next day my reservation was ready. I traveled to the location and upon seeing the vehicle I could tell it was NOT the same and asked the gentlemen checking me in again and he said, NO it was not in the same but they charged me the same price. After I asked and only after I made a point. Did they offer me a discount. I told them we were to leave that afternoon. We got a call after we left that they actually found the right size vehicle for us. 7 with luggage was the most miserable trip which took a day longer up and back because we couldn’t stay in that vehicle for that long of time. Not only did we take longer and added expense due to hotels both up and back we had to extend the rental another day. The girl who wrote this deal up was apparently a mgr and she should be admonished by her superiors. This is a breach of trust on every level and I will not ever be going back to them as this is not the first time this has happened to us. I will be contacting corporate about this rental and its impacts on our trip.
