- LNLori Nielson3 days ago5.0Took my car over to Tuffy's because the plastic piece came off under my car. Eric did a great job getting me back on the road quickly. Thank you A1 service.
- MHMarkel HoffmanOct 2, 20265.010/10 Service and experience from Eric and Ryan. Went above and beyond and got two of my vehicles serviced and completed on the same day with no problems. Recommending to all that I know
- TMtaitum martinOct 1, 20265.0I can’t say enough good things about Eric the manager at Tuffy! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out. He was willing to match the price I found for the tire online, which made a huge difference for me. He even stayed and waited for me to make it to the shop instead of turning me away, and that meant so much. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly cares about helping their customers, and he definitely made sure I was taken care of. His customer service was outstanding, and because of the way I was treated, Tuffy has absolutely gained a lifetime customer! Thank you so much for going the extra mile and making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate you!
- TDTJ DavidsonSep 29, 20265.0Eric was great! Quickly saved my day with no notice after Flagler Auto left me hanging despite an early appointment. I had taken the morning off of work because Discount Tire Company had broken off a wheel lug stud right before a big trip and had referred me to Flagler Auto so I made an appointment at the beginning of the day. Tuffy took care of it in only about a half hour. Definitely going back to Tuffy next time I have an issue.
- NBNiki BeachSep 25, 20265.0Fast, efficient, service! Customer service with utmost professionalism! My go to!
