  Got a car beginning of June. John was amazing and still has been. My mom came down the next day got one as well. I was told for referring her I would receive $100. We are now going on 3 months and still have not received anything. I have been told the last 2 months that it’s in the mail but still have not received anything. Now I am not getting any calls back after leaving multiple messages. Very unprofessional and should not say a customer will receive something then never receive it.

  I passed by this dealership and a Jeep caught my eye. I never had any intention of buying a Jeep at this time, but I was looking for a newer vehicle to replace my Colorado, which I loved. I saw a Florida Gator themed Jeep by chance, the next day I drove to Hanania with one goal, to check out that Gator Jeep. It turned out to be more than I had hoped for and I was very intrigued. I didn't want to talk numbers that day, but I did and what I got at first wasn't what I wanted. The financial person gave me numbers and estimates and I mulled over them for a few days and then went back with my recommendations. They didn't give me any grief over what I was asking and I knew then that I was going to get this Jeep that I was not looking for. The salesman, Bobby, financial advisor, Ryan, and the final paperwork with AJ was all done to my liking and I couldn't have been happier. Ryan got me the APR I was looking for and Bobby was with me every step of the way. Even though it was a used vehicle, they treated me well and I am a Hanania fan for life and a new Jeep owner. Thank you to everyone!

  This lady, right here was such a blessing to our family! from the minute, I called she did everything in her power to help us out in the best way she could to make everything go so smoothly! Hands-down, the best dealership we have ever been to they made everything so super fast and convenient with a little one! Ask for Kristen, she is your girl!

  Please heed this warning. In my experience, this dealership engaged in behavior that made me extremely uncomfortable during the financing process. I was instructed on what to say when the bank called — information that was not true. I refused to lie. I contacted the bank myself and told them exactly what I had been asked to say. The bank informed me that they could not approve the loan under those circumstances, and the deal was rejected. I immediately returned the vehicle, handed over the keys, and cancelled the transaction. I was fortunate to catch this quickly — others might not — so I strongly recommend reviewing every document and verifying everything directly with your bank. Protect yourself, because in my experience, they did not protect me. A separate issue involved my daughter. A male salesperson made her uncomfortable by pressuring her to go out with him despite being significantly older and openly discussing his current girlfriend. After we left, he located her on Facebook and sent her a friend request, which she still has. She was very upset. When I raised this with management, they acknowledged it and told me they would instruct him not to contact her again. Based on these experiences, I would advise others to stay far away from this company.

  Purchase the 2025 Ram with 15000 miles on it. And it looked great when I first got it. I washed it all scratches start appearing.. The whole hood scratch side door scratch. Has white paint marks on the black foglights area. Also, after I closed the deal on my way out, I asked for my other key and they turned around. And said, oh, it only has one key sorry. So I asked if they could give me a new key they said, no wasn't in the deal? I said, how was I supposed to know it only had one key when you told me on my way out.. And they said they won't do anything with the paint and scratches. Also, people don't settle when they come out with their first third sixth offer. Keep on fighting Em. They started at 750 with me a month. And that was just outrageous, even with 0 down and no I didn't agree to that. Oh, and read all the reviews, especially the past ones.
