Not once did they contact me to tell me All of their Premium SUVs were recalled. I get there the day off then they tell me and the only car I was able to rent for my family is a mini van. Im not happy with them. Really bad communication
- SASandra AlonsoApr 21, 20261.0I rented a vehicle from this location from Thursday to Sunday and returned it the same Sunday at 10:30 PM. I was later charged for an extra full day, which was never explained to me at the time of rental. When I picked up the car, I was specifically told that I could return it after hours by simply leaving the keys in the drop box. There was no mention of any additional charges for doing so. However, when I called to dispute the extra charge, Johnny stated that the fee was applied because the return was after hours. This is very misleading, as customers are not informed of this policy upfront. If there are additional charges for after-hours returns, that should be clearly communicated at the time of rental. I also contacted customer service, and they confirmed that the charge should be removed and that a refund would be issued. Despite this, Johnny has been uncooperative and insists on charging the amount regardless.
