  Timothy senior tech, Chris store manager, Mikkel senior tech, are amazing! They are hardworking and very dedicated to their work and customers. They kept things very professional and respectful. I loved how quick and efficient they all were with my car. They deserve bonuses!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗😇⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Great and friendly service. Fast, efficient and very informative. Jay was on it from the get go!!! 🙌 Love this place. And they were easy going and not pushy- that's important coming from this woman ;) Ill be back!! Thank you to the entire team!! Great teamwork and fun!!

  Worst experience ever! I feel bad for the employees here as well. I came for a so called “15 minute oil change” instead of my usual dealer oil change bc I wanted to save time and 1 hour and 30 minutes later, I’m still here sitting in my car in the hot bay. Not only is the service not done in the time promised , but they also ran out of the oil used for my car, so they had to go out and buy some while I wait in my car. After sweating away while waiting in the hot SoFlo weather, I asked if I can sit and wait inside of what looked like an air conditioned waiting room, they said it’s not for customers. Not only am I sweating away here but so are the employees. They only have one fan running in the area, the employees are drenched in sweat and I can’t imagine how any older person or employee hasn’t fainted here before. Talk about a lawsuit waiting to happen. This company should get it together before something bad happens. I am never coming here again even if they start giving oil changes away for free. I want to emphasize that even in these hot and extreme conditions, the staff still managed to be friendly and professional. This staff deserves a raise and better working conditions. Valvoline should take better care of their employees and customers or they won’t be in business for much longer.

  This was my first time going there there was a number of workers there who were very nice made me feel very comfortable and took me through the process. Showed me things on my car I didn't even know I had which I'm grateful for what they did. Very kind knowledgeable and professional. I will return it was a great experience.

  Now my 3rd or 4th time going for an oil change and every single time it’s been a great experience! Super quick and super friendly especially Jay. Definitely will be going again.
