  Just avoid these guys in general. I was going in for diagnostic check on my car to see what’s wrong with it so I left it there for the day. Next day they called to talk about it and left a voicemail cause I missed the call, only to call them back to be left on a transfer call with white noise after the front desk tried to transfer me to Rudy who couldn’t careless. This persisted for 3 separate calls and the front desk employee JT got mad I kept calling back to find out what’s wrong with my car. At that point I was fed up and uber myself to the establishment to pick up my car and take it elsewhere. I will never be coming here again cause they’re work is subpar anyways, and everytime they “fix” something with my car a month later it’s messed up again and could careless about the customer because they’re just trying to get over on them. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I’ve had enough now.

  Tire Kingdom is always my go-to with any car troubles. The employees are always nice, funny, and never make me feel like I’m being taken advantage of as a woman. Today was no different. I called with a flat tire an no appointment and was told to come right in. JT checked me in, gave me all my options, and answered all my questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I am thankful for the team at Tire Kingdom, always taking care of my family’s vehicles.

  On April 30th, 2026, I got a blowout on I 95 at North Lake Blvd. in West Palm Beach. I made several calls for Help, including the Florida Highway patrol. He did all he could, but I couldn’t get out of the situation. I live in Broward County over 55 miles away. I called AAA and they wanted to charge me 8 dollars a mile which would’ve costed me over $400 to get my car towed back to my home and I would still have to buy a tire. I called the tow truck company and they towed me to tire kingdom, which was .4 miles away. ($150.00 later. Ruddy from Tire Kingdom was closing less than an hour away. I did not know when the tow truck was going to arrive. . He was supposed to close at 8:30 PM and I told him it would be borderline if I could make it there in time I would be devastated if he closed before I arrived. This man told me he would “stay open” even though it went past 8:30 PM because he wanted to help me! These days, nobody does this. I got there a few minutes after closing, and he was there waiting for me. I told him if I didn’t get there on time and he closed I would be stuck on the side of the road, not even close to a hotel and nobody wants to leave their car on the side of the highway. Ruddy did not let me down. He did a humane thing and waited for me after business hours. He didn’t worry about himself at all or what time he was going to get home from work. He said he would stay there until I arrived. I am so grateful to this man. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve been stuck over 50 miles away from my house off the side of a highway. If anyone wants any great customer service in the West Palm Beach area this is the company to call. His name is Rudy. His associate did the labor and his name is Johnny and was happy to stay after hours as well. If you’re ever in trouble in area, call RUDY!!! He’s a class act!

  Had my car towed here when I had a low tire. The problem was my pressure sensor, but they told me I needed two new tires. It took three days to get them replaced, and I had to speak to at least five different people to make sure they checked the TPMS. The front desk staff didn’t seem to know what was going on in the garage and vice versa. When I left after getting my new tires, a new tire tread indicator light came on. They told me to bring it back and when I did, they said that indicator just comes on automatically and there’s nothing they can do. The service here is fragmented with extremely poor communication. Feels like they don’t try to run on honest shop. I would never go back.

  NEVER GO TO THIS TIRE KINGDOM!!! Dosent matter if you have an appointment if you just need a quick oil change they will have you sitting there all day. They will try to convince you to get services you don't need to run up the total. I went for a set of 4 new tires waited with my car when the put it and removed my tires I watch 30 mins later my car still sat there with no mechanic around I was 1 hour and 30 mins into what I was told would be a 2 hour at most service i asked the man inside if there was a problem because My car hadn't moved.He went out and after 5 minutes came back in and said they were looking for a fourth tie for my car and they didn't know if they had one and they would let me know soon. So I asked, well, how much longer will it be?I have to pick my child up from school.If you don't have the tire , why wouldn't you just tell me that, you just have me sitting here. If I wouldn't have said something how much longer would you let me wait before you realize you didn't have a tire? after I said something they found the tire immediately and said now they would start my car if I didn't have a trip this weekend to attend out of town I would of left. I had a similar experience with them once before and thought maybe it will be different this time NO I also heard many other customers complaining about similar experiences. Trust me save some money and headache got to costco tire tires plus, pepboys, anywhere but tire kingdom especially the northlake location
