  The Store Manager, Mr. Felix, Helped me a week prior with some information on my account. Mr. Felix was the reason for me returning to his location. I received excellent customer service, including from Mr. Juan, who was just promoted to Assistant Manager.

  I had to wait 40 minutes before I got my oil change. After I finally got in line I was in another 30 minutes. I saw the guy fill up my tires on the left side of my car, but not the right side. I told him. Can they please fill up the right side of the car? And he said, he already did .I took him for his word. But when I got to work, I tested the pressure right side of the car tires pressure was low. They also tried to push me out. I asked if they could check my lights forward Breaks, blinkers, etc. He looked like he wanted to have an excuse for that, but they did it. I shouldn't have to ask for that. They left Greece handprints on the side of my car. Besides a subpar job, everyone was polite.

  We have used these shop for years to change our oil and today, after changing our oil our car will not start. They cannot figuring out what caused thw issue. While we where waiting, we overheard two techs discussing thw same exact issue occurred a week before. Stay away unless you want to fry you electrical system.

  I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic blend oil change for $63 and proceeded to the Palm Bay, FL location of Valvoline to redeem. When the team member asked me what service I was here for, I told him a synthetic blend oil change and that I have a Groupon. He scanned my voucher and proceeded with the inspection process for my vehicle. He informed me my windshield wipers are looking dry and asked if I would like to replace them, I tell him I would like the back windshield wiper replaced and he proceeded to ask if I’d like to go with the $9.99 option or the $29.99 option. I told him $9.99 and again, he proceeds. We get to the end of the services and all the sudden he’s telling me my total is $43.51. I express my confusion… asked if he needed to re-scan my Groupon or something. He says no the Groupon only covers part of the oil change, which is not congruent with the terms on the actual Groupon. The supervisor comes over and explains to me that the attendant selected Full synthetic oil change instead of synthetic blend, so all the sudden I’m having to pay for this guy’s mistake. He also informs me that the windshield wiper he installed was $29.99, not the $9.99 that I was quoted, so again, I’m having to pay for the employees mistake. I even told the supervisor about the miscommunications, which did nothing. I left feeling frustrated, taken advantage of and entirely confused about this level of customer service. If an employee makes a mistake, the customer should absolutely not be forced to pay for it. My husband is furious and has the inkling that if he, or any man, were with me this wouldn’t have happened. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.
