  They checked my headlights, break lights, turning signals, engine filter, cabin filter. I don’t know if the dealership ever checks any of this. All of this while you stay inside the car. They show you the oil after they change it so you can see for yourself.

  As a local real estate agent here in the community, I truly value businesses that provide great customer service and make people feel welcome. That’s one of the reasons I enjoy coming to Valvoline in Palm Bay for my oil changes. The process is fast, convenient, and I can stay comfortably in my vehicle while the team takes care of everything professionally and efficiently. The only thing I wanted to mention is that they previously had AC vents available while the vehicle was turned off during service, and unfortunately that comfort feature was not available during my last visit. Other than that, the overall experience continues to be very positive, and I appreciate the staff and service they provide to our community.

  Everything went smooth from the minute I pulled in. The manager I used to see in ft Pierce was there along with another employee from the same location. It was great seeing them and good service from all the employees who were also on staff with great timing. Thank you.

  They were quick and efficient. They explained as they were checking my car. They also answered any questions I had. Very professional and customer friendly.

  I just had one of the BEST experiences ever getting my oil changed here, and I had to leave a review because these guys truly deserve it! From the moment I pulled in, John, Najee, and Jayden P took amazing care of me. Even though they were short-staffed, you would never be able to tell—they worked like a perfectly coordinated team. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly professional, and I was in and out in just minutes! What really stood out to me was how kind and attentive they all were. They explained things clearly, made sure everything was done right, John even helped me get a coupon which I really appreciated. On top of that, they kept the whole experience light and friendly—Najee even joked that my oil was so clean it looked like cooking oil, which honestly made my day 😂 It’s rare to find service this good nowadays. These three went above and beyond, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I always come to this location, but after this experience, I’m even more loyal. Huge thank you to John, Najee, and Jayden P—you guys are amazing! Keep up the incredible work!
