  I recently brought my vehicle to Tuffy for an oil change, and the experience was outstanding thanks to Donnie. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It's rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such a positive attitude and commitment to customers. Donnie made what is normally a routine maintenance visit a truly pleasant experience. While I'm happy for him and his new opportunity, it's disappointing to hear that he's leaving for another business. Tuffy is losing a valuable team member, and his future employer is gaining someone who clearly cares about his work and the people he serves. I wish Donnie nothing but success in his next chapter, and I want to thank him for the exceptional service he provided.

  This is the place to go to if you need work done on your vehicle. I was in and out in less than an hour. Donnie and Joseph, and the mechanic helped me a ton

  My Durango had a bad vibration and I thought that it was from the engine. Brought it into Tuffy for a diagnostic and they discovered my motor mounts were bad. Had them replaced and the vibration is gone. They checked my vehicle out for an upcoming trip. Got a full synthetic oil change and a free tire rotation. Excellent price with their coupon. I would highly recommend this service center for all of your vehicle services and repairs.
