  First time visit to Tuffy for an oil change. The service was great and quick, Joe and Donnie provided us with great customer service, very professional. Overall great service all around. The prices are great and definitely beat the dealer which where I usually take my Hyundai Palisade. I will for sure be a repeat customer.

  Replaced the tires on my car and checked other things as well so I know what I need to get fixed next on my new-to-me car. They're very friendly day and knowledgeable.

  My new go-to shop in the area! The manager Joe went out of his way to fix my brakes without an appointment. I went in for an oil change and needed back brakes badly. The recommendation was not an up-sale; they showed me in person the problem. Pricing beat many other shops! And fast service!

  I went to Tire Plus on New Haven in Melbourne FL and I purchased 4 brand new Firestone tires along with the Firestone Tire Package and the 4-Wheel Total Alignment. One week later I got on 1-95 and when I got up to 55 mph the front end started shaking, so I took it back to Tire Plus and they redid the alignment. A couple of days later I got on I-95 and again a lot of shaking coming from the front end. I took it back to Tire Plus and they told me that the weights on the front tires had fallen off so they re-balanced my front tires and sent me on my way. I left there feeling very insecure about about what was going on with my vehicle after three visits to Tire Plus. I had just received a flyer in the mail advertising a new Tire and Auto Service Center in Palm Bay name Tuffy and I decided to go straight there to get a second opinion of what’s going on with my vehicle. After explaining everything to the mechanic he took it for a quick test drive and right away he heard a sound that made him believe that there was a problem with my CV Axle he brought it into the Garage put it on the lift to see what’s going on, that’s when he saw that I had a broken CV Axle. The next day I had them Remove and Replace the CV Axle and now my vehicle runs great. Thanks to the Guys at Tuffys in Palm Bay my problem was resolved. Obviously the guys at Tire Plus don’t know what they are doing, they don’t have a Clue. Check out Tuffy they know
