  I went in today for (what i thought would be) an oil change before a trip. I was greeted by Timothy (with a cold bottle of water) and Chris was also such an amazing help. They let me know I wasn't ready for an oil change yet and made sure my tires and fluids were good before my trip. They could have taken my money (as someone who doesn't know better) and did the oil change, but they were kind enough to let me know I can hold off for now. They were both beyond helpful and I am so appreciative. They always tell me what may be needed or recommend. However, I never feel pressured with anyone trying to oversell here, like many other places do. Very respectful group and I will keep coming back! Thank you guys!!!

  I paid $96 for an oil change at Strickland Brothers on Friday, October 9, 2026, and the very next day, my vehicle began shaking, stalling, and eventually shutting off while I was driving. This was extremely concerning, especially considering these problems started immediately after the service. I returned to the location to ask about the oil stabilizer that had been added to my vehicle and to discuss having the oil removed and replaced with the appropriate oil. I was then informed that the oil stabilizer was not listed on my receipt, which raised additional concerns about what was put into my vehicle and whether the service was properly documented. Because of these concerns, I had to pay for another oil change at a different location, resulting in an additional, unexpected expense. Since getting the oil changed elsewhere, my vehicle has been running fine. This makes me even more concerned about the original service and the problems I experienced immediately afterward. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way I was treated when I returned with my concerns. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, respect, and a genuine effort to investigate the situation. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. My vehicle was shaking, stalling, and shutting off while I was driving, yet my check engine light did not come on. I was advised to go to AutoZone to have the vehicle checked for a possible trouble code, but I did not feel that this adequately addressed my concerns about the service performed or the timing of these issues. I took this matter to management and have yet to receive a response. I find the lack of communication and follow-up extremely disappointing. As a customer who paid for a service and subsequently experienced serious vehicle problems, I believe I deserve an explanation and for my concerns to be addressed. A vehicle shutting off while driving is a serious safety concern. I paid $96 for a professional oil change and expected proper service, accurate documentation, and responsible customer care. Instead, I had to pay for another oil change elsewhere before my vehicle returned to running normally, and I am still waiting for management to respond. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, respectful treatment, and follow-through when they raise legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Strickland Brothers.

  Service was A+! I had a great experience getting my oil change. Christian was very knowledgeable and professional during the intake process. He clearly explained the services available, what they could offer, and the associated costs, which made everything easy to understand. Marlon was also kind, professional, and guided me smoothly through the entire process. Both Christian and Marlon were exemplary in their professionalism, customer service, and overall performance. I truly appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

  I’m new to Palm Bay and I needed to get my oil change as I was well overdue. I stopped here at the Strickland Brothers location off Babcock and I tell you, Chris is a wonderful employee very friendly, knowledgeable and he did my oil change very quickly which is also a plus though I was in no hurry. I highly recommend this location and if Chris is there, he’s your guy!

  I had such a great experience at Strickland Brothers! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took care of my oil change quickly and made the entire process so easy. I really appreciated the great customer service and how well I was treated from the moment I arrived. It's hard to find service this good nowadays. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to my family and friends!
