  Dropped my truck off 4pm and came back 6:25pm they didn't even bother to rotate my tire and had an excuse that my oil required a special type. This place needs to do better in getting work done!! 😒 but nothing was done till they saw me come in and the shop was darn near empty when I turned it in.

  This establishment is GREAT and the girls in the front are knowledgeable and helpful. I watched the guys working on my truck and they were fast, thorough and hard working! All my vehicles will be serviced here from now on. The bill was honest and I truly got a professional job done on my truck!

  I came into Mavis looking to purchase only one tire. However, Dahlia walked me out to my vehicle and showed me my other front tire. She was an absolute doll. Her and the technicians got me back on the road in less than an hour with 2 new tires! Dahlia was great, I will be back

  I went there recently for an oil change and never specified any sort of inspection because it had slipped my mind; yet out of care they did one anyway. Luckily so, as my car needed alignment which admittedly would have been possibly obvious to anyone else, but I'm a new driver; so car go vroom...Nevertheless, I was rightfully suspicious because shops are notorious for scams but although they were rather busy they still took time to communicate with me and walk me through their Inspection. The front desk people are genuine and respectful and the mechanics themselves are caring. 10/10 would tip again🙏🩷

  The employees at this store were very smart and knowledgeable..I don't wanna butcher her name but dalia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful..I had a battery issue...they did all the tests available and she gave us a course of action which started with the battery..my battery was under warranty from the store across the street..I went across the street got the battery replaced it and the associate tested the alternator...which said it was defective...well Mavis tested the alternator just minutes before and said it was good ..I went back to Mavis told them the results...I was confused one place said the alternator was good, one said it was bad...I got to speak to the mechanic and he explained the results...my battery was under warranty so I had the orange store swap it out, so it was a brand new battery...Mavis tests determined that brand new battery was not good as well...sorry for the long review...I would say if your in a 5 mile radius of Mavis on Eldron, give them a opertinity...dalia was amazing, her knowledge and customer service skills are on point...I would definitely recommend... ironically right after I went to get a pizza, told the clerk about what happened and she said they sold her a bad battery a few years ago.....
