  Really great experience here. They took care of my tire repair faster than I expected and the customer service was amazing. Everyone was helpful, respectful, and made sure my car was safe to drive before I left. You can tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need tire service again!

  Came in for a oil change and it was awesome, got me in & out within 30 mins, great customer service and the price was great! George did a awesome job and I would definitely recommend coming here!

  They did my alignment few months and I happened to look up under my truck and see my alignment nut on my passenger side was loose and not tightened. I had to go under vehicle and tightened it up now everytime I called about my situation they put me on a long hold and never gets back with me!!!

  *** Scam ALERT *** Went in to have my tires rotated as the fronts are pretty worn and the backs have a lot of tread left. I know if I rotate, I can get another oil change out of them. Somebody came out to the lobby and said he could not work on my car. Gave me a list of issues: the serpentine belt, Wiper blades, New shocks, and new tires. The only accurate thing was that I'm ready for new tires. The funny part that made my eyes go wide. When he said I needed a serpentine belt, I just had that done. He also pointed out that my shocks were leaking, but there were no drips on them that would indicate a leak, and the car's not riding like it has bad shocks. Because my serpentine belt and wiper blades were just changed in November. A few days later, I went to my regular mechanic to look at the shocks and try to upgrade them. It turns out the shocks are not leaking. mileage I called the store to ask about how this could have occurred. Basically, there's a list and they're just gonna make recommendations off mileage, not do an inspection. Also told me that rotating the tires and putting the tires with good tread on the front drive tires would serve absolutely no purpose.

  Just stopped in Mavis Tires Bayside my tires are low on air. George who was at the desk created me with a smile and hello. He kept eye contact with immediately told me where to park. He was pleasant and attentive. My tires had to much air in them when the friendly and professional service person check them while I was looking at the meter. We agreed that I needed back tires and will get them done there NOT an other place that I have going for years. Bayside Lakes Palm Bay and George's team will be a better fit for foe dependability as I am a nurse and always have to get to work and also on call.
