  Very pleased with the service Doug provided. Excellent communication, very professional and helpful in a very stressful situation. Felt my car was in excellent hands. Hopefully I do not need a Towing service again but if I do I will definitely call Lee’s and ask for Doug A++++++++

  Tesla Roadside dispatched Lee's Towing to my home to pick up my M3 for a lift to the Merritt Island Service Center. Ed R. was the truck operator and he was kind and knowledgeable. Ed walked me through each step of his process to get the car in the flatbed, and I was put at ease. It was a pleasure to meet you Ed! Thank you for your promptness and care. I appreciate your help.

  Doug from Lee’s Towing arrived about 30 to 40 minutes after USAA called them to tow my car to my provider. I had a flat tire and he was able to put enough air in it to drive it onto his tow truck from my garage. He was very courteous and took it to Jerry’s nearby. So grateful for his knowledge and help.

  Doug kept me informed of the arrival of his tow truck. Doug took the time to show me how he was able to jump the car and show me that the battery is bad and how is not the starter. Which being is 63-year-old woman it's nice to be able to to go to a garage and at least not get cheated. As I had that battery replaced two weeks ago which Doug did not know at the time. Doug also looked under the car for me as I told him about this big plastic thing hanging down and he told me it was the cover to protect the under carrage. This is above and beyond that I've ever experienced with any tow truck driver and trust me with my Fiat had quite a few tows.. Thanks again Doug for going above and beyond and showing what Service is. This is Rare these days. Suz
