  No hassle renting friendly attentive staff. Vehicle still have the smell of weed from previous renters.

  Returned my rental at 2:00PM on a Saturday using the drop box, as instructed by a representative. I was correctly charged for one day—until a week later when I got a voicemail saying I’d be charged for THREE days because I didn’t hand the keys to a rep. The car was returned on time. I followed instructions. Spoke with the manager (Deshawn G.) who said nothing could be done. As a Gold member of 7+ years, this lack of accountability and customer care is extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning.
