  I got there about 15 minutes earlier than the store opens and Wesley saw that I was there. He was so kind. He opened the door early for me and got me in and out before they actually even opened.

  Relatively painless in spite of the circumstances. Good communication, reasonable price. Not a big fan of the Nissan, but it got me where I needed to go.

  Called in. Waited on hold for 35 minutes. Call disconnected. Called back, put back on hold by the young man against my will. Called back, sent straight to hold. Guess they do not want my business.
