  Greg manager was fantastic! Go here if need something.The store was beautiful and nice and cool inside. He took the time to help me figure out what was really going on and quickly got me on my way. As it turns out, we may have discovered the culprit—a squirrel or somebody had apparently stashed its lunch in my air cabinet! Thanks for the excellent service and help diagnosing the problem.

  I stopped by the Bayside Lakes AutoZone with a dying battery and received absolutely stellar service. Isaac Benoit took the time to accurately diagnose the problem right away and clearly explained what was going on. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help get me back on the road safely were outstanding. Thank you so much, Isaac, for turning a stressful car issue into a breeze! I’ll definitely be coming back to this Palm Bay location for all my auto needs. Issac is a valued member of this community!!

  I went in the get help for my car that was having issues and Issac was very helpful. He’s very knowledgeable on cars and would recommend anyone who needs helps to go to him

  Great help, they make the impossible possible. Both Issac and Judy gave great customer service and went above and beyond. Usually the autozones in the Palm Bay area turn away vehicles that have their battery under the seat but not this one. Got me in and out less than 15 minutes, definitely coming back here again.

  Last night 6/2/2026 as we were driving home to N.C. from WPB, FL. At 945 the thermostat in my car decided to quit working. We were on I95 in the middle of no where. Once we checked we didnt have a leak we google the nearest auto parts store. AutoZone store number 6039 located at 3455 Bayside Lakes Blvd SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. They closed in 12 minutes. So we called them explained our emergent situation and they agreed to stay open for us to get there and for them to hook the computer up and hopefully give us some answers as to whats wrong. We got to AZ at 1002 pm and they indeed stayed open for us. Liz was absolutely wonderful, getting everything checked out and attempted to find us parts needed for the car. She was more than happy to help, explained what could be wrong and where we should start. She even helped us find a hotel to stay at. We were so stressed after a wonder vacation and Liz and the Store Manager Judy really helped to make our night much better. Not once did they rush us, Liz didnt even hesitate when we asked if they would be able to stay open a little later for some stranded put of towners. We always shop at AutoZone back home bc the people are wonderful, we didnt expect another AZ to be just as wonderful. Thank yoi Liz and Judy and the rest of the crew who stayed later to help us out, and good luck Liz on your training!!!
