  My daughter was in a accident in Palatka,Fl. The officer's recommended her having it towed and impounded. We live almost 2 hours away. When it came time for the insurance company to pick up the car I asked if my sister that lives right down the street could pick it up for me. The was also $30 worth anti freeze in the trunk. Brand new jugs. But the lady in the office isn't willing to work with us. Said we would have to make the 4 hour drive to get my tag and fluids. Thanks for all your help....?? Will not mail me my tag. I will never ever use you or recommend your company to anyone.

  By far the greatest experience I’ve ever had with a towing service! Robert is truly an Angel sent from God during a tough time. He was fast to respond, handled my vehicle with extreme care, and turned a stressful situation completely hassle free. On top of that, he gave great insight into what might be going on and actually pinpointed the exact issue—saving me time, money, and the hassle of getting the runaround at a mechanic shop. Exceptional, honest service all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Johnson’s Towing again!

  Geico set up this company for a roadside service issue I was having. I highly recommend this company. Professional service and very respectful. Eric, the tow truck driver did an excellent job, as well as Tiffany in the office. Very impressed!

  Had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. AAA couldn't help but I called Johnson and they came in record time. Chad was the specialist that helped me out and my experience with him was fantastic. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Paired with the great on phone service, Johnson Towing took a harrowing experience and helped set me back on track. Can't recommend enough
