  I really liked going there to get my car washed. But they told me that when I left Florida, I could call and cancel my membership but no one answers the phone and you get a voicemail every time and it says to either stop by or go through your membership online and cancel it. I'm not in florida anymore so I can't stop by and I did cancel my membership online and I still was charged a few days later. Now, what am I supposed to do just keep having my card charged every month!? Very frustrating that I have to go through so much and get charged too for no service. Think before you get a membership here!

  I've been a new customer since April 18th 2026 , ceramic limitless wash club. I believe I will be cancelling my membership. Every time I have gone through our Caliber car wash in Palatka Florida, my sidesteps don't get cleaned , my Tailgate stays dirty. The first soap sprayer only one sprayer sprays . A couple times the top brush didn't come down and have not had the tire shine application work due to it being held back with a ratchet strap. Very discouraged especially leaving a competitors monthly club and joining Caliber wash club.
