  Come for an oil change and leave with a busted car that you have to pay thousands to fix yourself! This place sucks, destroyed my new car that I owe $20k on. Very much considering hiring a lawyer. Not to mention, they didn’t even change my filter, they said they didn’t even have the correct filter, and then charge me for one lol

  horrible experience, they completely ruined the functionality of my car. I can no longer accelerate my TURBO car. It literally takes 7 seconds to get to 30 miles an hour. Now that I am reading all the horrible reviews of this place I am truly seeing that these people do. Not. Care. One. Bit. When I was there last the lead at the time was only worried about how many cars she was able to push through that day. She was at 67 that day. So quantity or quality it seems? They offered to give me another oil change and it did not fix the problem and then told me there’s nothing you can do about it at this point. Worst place I’ve ever been to.

  Came in for an oil change, left with a COMPLETELY NONFUNCTIONAL turbo on my Fiat Spider. I can no longer accelerate my car correctly, check engine light is on and it reeks of oil. Nothing but a bunch of children working at this location. Beware and take your car SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you want to pay thousands of dollars to fix something they claim they didn’t damage. I bought my car 3 months prior and had 0 issues until the moment I left that place. So disappointed, I wish I could reverse time.

  Great service. Didn't try to upsell me useless or unnecessary things. Didn't pressure me to get extra things done. When I said no thank you or not today they moved on. It was nice to go for an oil change and only get an oil change. Every location I've been to in Seminole county has been the same and that's why I keep going back. Great customer service good pricing and quick

  What a joke this place is. I usually do my own oil changes but I was in a pinch and just needed it done quickly. Fast forward to today, I just got done changing my oil again and I cannot believe the problems I found left behind by this crew. My truck is fitted with a skid plate and the skid plate has spacers so that it does not rub against the suspension, I very specifically asked the employee to make sure that the spacers did not get lost and to be sure they would be put back in the correct place. We got a verbal confirmation from the enplydowm below. All of my spacers are gone and the skid plate bolts were put back in in the wrong places. The hooks on the skid plate were bent and pushed out of the way and not reinstalled correctly. All of the skid plate bolts were put back in in the wrong order and they were way over tightened. All three bolts securing the bottom of the bumper to the skid plate are missing. Easy to say I will never be back, I have a few friends and family that frequent this location and I'll make sure they don't come back either.
