  I had a great experience at Valvoline thanks to manager, Jesus, and his team. Jesus was friendly, professional, and made the entire oil change and tire rotation process quick and easy. He took the time to explain the additional services recommended for my vehicle but didn’t pressure me into anything. Overall, he provided excellent customer service and I really appreciated his professionalism and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

  Our family has come here for oil changes for years without issue. However, they upsold a radiator flush when my daughter brought her car in for an oil change. Her radiator light remained on after the service and instead of advising her to park the car and call for a tow, she was told she could drive a short distance. Short distance is an ambiguous term for a twenty something, so needless to say the engine is fried, the car is ruined and she is out $300 for a service that was beyond Valvoline’s ability. Jimmy the area manager claims to have a video that the service was done correctly but amazingly enough it didn’t catch what the mechanic said to my daughter about driving the car with a radiator light still on. We know the car was old , but that was what she could afford and Valvoline took advantage of the her inexperience. $300 is a lot of money for someone with a minimum wage job and she trusted them to give wise advice. $300 for Valvoline is pocket change and replacing her car with another car will cost a great deal Mo than that in this economy. Don’t take your car here… they aren’t experts, they upsell… especially to inexperienced drivers, and when they screw up…. They don’t honor the mistake.

  Vincenza was so helpful in assisting me. I really appreciated her help and assistance Always a very inviting and courteous atmosphere. Jocelyn was also very helpful. Like I was telling Miss Jocelyn Valvoline should have a tip feature before cashing out would love to show these gals and guys more appreciation

  Service is so fast and the workers are kind and respectful. I never feel pressured to do more than necessary and feel like they are always honest in their recommendations.
