- DSDandy SanchezOct 4, 20261.0It's terrible; you can't count on reliable service because the gas pumps are closed most of the time. I don't get it—it's the first gas station I've ever seen that's always like this. Terrible customer service.
- IKIan KilcullenSep 21, 20265.0Cassidy and Bri were so helpful to me when I showed up needing help to buy milk and when my phone was about to die they let me borrow a charger and gave me directions to another store. They were patient, kind, and went above and beyond what I expect someone working at almost midnight to do. I hope their boss sees this and gives them a raise and/or some more benefits because they are worth it! Thanks Cassidy and Bri!
- JRJuan RSep 16, 20261.0Not the worst racetrac in the state but by far the worst convenience store on 434.its funny how you can read the bad reviews and see why they were given just by going to the store.I think it’s funny there are multiple bad reviews for a specific person then several fake reviews about that same employee all done the same day? Glad to see racetrac supports their employees having friends/family leave them fake 5 star reviews.
- JSJavier SantiagoSep 14, 20265.0Out of a handful of gas stations in Oviedo, this one I keep coming back because the team and teams leads like Autumn on the night shift, keeps the coffee going and hot food items always ready for the morning rush hour. I'm always greeted as I come in, exceptional customer service and attended with a smile. Thanks Atumn and your team @ Racetrack, Alafaya, Oviedo! 👍
- LLLynseySep 13, 20265.0Love this Racetrac! Always so clean and organized. But what I love the most is when I get to see Autumn!! She’s always so kind and helpful but I wanted to share how she took the time and went out of her way to help me carry two packs of water to my car. I’m disabled, and it’s hard for me to carry things at times, and because I come in often she knew this and didn’t hesitate to help me. She was so sweet and I can tell she really loves helping others.
