- KGK i n gAug 9, 20261.05am side doors locked. Front door has a wet floor sign holding the handles shut. Employee AUTUMN looked me dead in the eye from across the store and ignored me. Finally decided she would walk over and address me being outside and wouldn’t let me in the store. Told me I have to order from the box they have for Uber Eats. 1. How are we supposed to know EXACTLY what we want? 2. How are we supposed to pay? Give the employee our debit card and pin? 3. I’m using Apple Pay, even if I was going to give your employee my phone to go tap they can’t do that without my face. Employee AUTUMN, didn’t care. No alternative offered, no apology. Just a blank stare when I asked if I can come in followed by “I’ll go grab it for you” then a shrug and walk off. Not a care in the world about the customer. If Google allowed 0 stars that’s exactly what her service would get.
