- MMmangoesApr 14, 20265.0The guys at this store were absolutely awesome! Wenter, Kyle, and the store manager (I didn’t catch his name) were so friendly and helpful! After an overwhelming and stressful day of being pulled over on the side of the road, I had replaced my car battery (with the help of my friend) and drove my car to the Auto Zone to have them look at it further. They tested everything and deduced that what I needed was a new alternator. They didn’t have the one that I needed there, but they were able to have me buy it at this location and pick it up from another one. They also gave me a 10% discount for no reason other than being kind.

But Autozone rejected my review on their website after they said it didn't meet their guidelines which discussing fitment issues or other companies which I did because I had a similar issue at carparts.com for the same exact part. My review was professional and didn't contain anything inappropriate. This is not right. If you are a professional company and you can't stand behind your systems getting the right part number, and it causes your project to get delayed and adds stress to your day, they shouldn't be censoring this feedback, this is your sole expectation - delivery what the person ordered. People deserve to know.
