First I was impressed with how clean and manicured the car wash location was from the neatly lined landscape to the bright colored signs it really convyed a sense of professiolism and expertise...The entire staff especially the service employee Mr. Matt who was friendly, professional, and made the process easy from start to finish. My car looked amazing when it was done. But I especially want to recognize the Whistle Express employee Mr. Matt for the exceptional job he did not only to take the time to remove some stubborn dried bug stains, which I honestly thought were permanent and the results exceeded my expectations. Even though I had a lot of questions, Mr. Matt never seemed inconvenienced and it was was clear he understood the services, membership options, and overall process inside and out, which made me feel confident in the information he was providing. What really stood out was Matts approach to customer service. He took the time to explain the membership options and helped me understand which plan might fit my needs, but I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot. When I mentioned that I wanted to go home, think it over, and discuss it with my partner and he completely respected that and mentioned the Whistle app which I downloaded tonight. After looking everything over, I realized that with how often I wash my car, the membership would actually save me money in the long run. I ended up purchasing the membership through the app all because Matt mentioned the monthly plan and provided the information I needed without ever making me feel like he was trying to sell me something. It's rare to find an employee like Matt who combines attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine customer care the way he does combined with service results that were extraordinary.. My car looks great but it's employees like Matt that has now made me a loyal to the Whistle Express brand. Matt is a tremendous asset to customers and his outstanding service made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this Whistle Express location and will definitely be returning.
