Honestly, I didn’t even know this Tire Kingdom location existed, and finding out it’s so much closer to my house made me super excited! I’ve been going to the Tire Kingdom in South Daytona for a while, and don’t get me wrong—I absolutely love them too. Both locations have provided excellent service, but today I visited the Ormond Beach location, and Blake and the entire team were amazing.
I originally came in as a walk-in because my car felt like it was riding on a marshmallow. 😬
I checked my tire, added some air, and brought it in to get checked out. They found the issue and were able to patch the tire for me.
What I really appreciate about Tire Kingdom—and something I’ve experienced at both locations—is that they actually take the time to show you what’s going on with your vehicle. They pulled me back, showed me exactly what they found, explained the issues clearly, and told me the price before doing anything.
I ended up having quite a bit more work done than I originally planned, and I even added additional work while they were already working on my car. They had no problem taking care of everything, and they even worked with me on the price since I was having so much done at one time.
I’ll be honest: I normally hate going to mechanic shops But for some reason, Tire Kingdom has always made me feel comfortable. I never feel pressured into repairs I don’t need, and they don’t try to sell me things I never asked about. They explain what’s wrong, show you when they can, tell you the price, and let you decide.
The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. Even when you’re spending over a thousand dollars on your car, somehow you still leave with a smile.
Overall, 5 out of 5 stars. I’m extremely happy I discovered there’s a Tire Kingdom so close to my house. I didn’t mind driving 20 minutes to the South Daytona location because I love them too, but having an excellent location closer to home is definitely a bonus.
Thank you, Blake and the entire crew, for all your hard work today. My car is running like she’s brand new—even though she’s technically 15 years old! 😂 I truly appreciate you guys and will definitely be back.
