    “I paid for a wheel alignment and still have not received the alignment specification printout. I need the before-and-after alignment report emailed or printed. Was told they would email it and its been 2 weeks and still havent recieved anything. First the alignment was done for a 2021 camry. I have a 2026 camry. So they did it again. It drives to the right now before it was straight.

    I came in because I wasn’t sure why my tire pressure kept slowly decreasing. Blake, immediately took my vehicle in, and figured out the problem, which initially was replacing the calm stem which they were not going to charge me. Upon further inspection, the technician discovered a poor repair that was done by the previous owner near the outer tire tread which was not safe.

    I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. I visited on 5/1/26. Josh was extremely helpful even though he was swamped. Fixed my tire and didn’t even charge me. He had a waiting room full of people and about 13 cars lined up all at once. My only negative experience was this lady Named Gina. She was wearing an Abbott medical set of scrubs. She verbally abused Josh. He politely explained to her she would have a 2-3 hour wait. She didn’t like that. She wanted to be put ahead of other people and accused him of being rude. He was very even keel with her even with the way she was talking to him. He even told her we are underwater and doing the best we can. She was making fun of him to other customer in the waiting area. Calling him fat and saying he is an idiot. Josh did great and should not have been treated that way. I recommend this location to everyone.

    Upon arrival to shop No one at counter Had an appointment Was 45 minutes early Called number on website Josh answered Came to lobby counter Josh was rude and extremely abrasive in his diction He openly admitted he knew he was being aggressive and direct And continued to be rude. I wait 2 1/2 hours with an appointment To have a tire repaired Josh kept pacing back and forth at the counter mumbling weirdly outward bursts Tire kingdom this is not who you need managing your desk and customers I called the corporate number on line Andre who lied about not allowing me to speak to a manger I was told all the many we’re in meetings in palm coast Andre our call was recorded so if tire kingdom Has have any customer service responsibility tire kingdom will evaluate your behavior as well Do not use tire kingdom Company is extremely rude and no sense of customer service Today I get an email stating I missed my appointment Unbelievable as I was on site for my appointment and was in shop 21/2 hours Tire kingdom you have much more issues than fixing cars Fix your staff you have representation of your brand Poor poor poor

    I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. I had an appointment at 10am for 2 new tires and an alignment. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait, so I was just going to sit there and wait. An hour went by and they still hadn’t taken my car back. I called my husband who had to leave work so we could pick up my kids from school at 12. It took 5 hours for them to complete my car. It was not ready until 3pm (which is when I had to get my oldest from school). My husband had to take half a day off of work. I was not told until I picked my car up that they were short staffed, had I known that prior I would have rescheduled my appointment. Then they wanted to charge me $150 for my alignment when I had just been there a couple months ago and was told it was included when you get new tires. Also online when you book the appointment, it doesn’t include tax fyi and they didn’t let me know that coming in there. So what I thought was going to be $343 turned out to be $560.
