- AGAudrey Gilley3 days ago5.0Had a battery terminal/bolt issue on Esclade. Lonnie's Auto made the repairs in about 15 minutes at no charge. I am from out of town and they could have ripped me off but they were honest and professional. They can be trusted as a top rate auto repair shop!
- MAMike Abate5 days ago2.0Paul was good. The rest of the story, not. I provided Lonnie’s with symptoms. Lonnie’s could not diagnose and proceeded to try and bill $400 to tell me they could not duplicate symptoms, so could not diagnose. Lonnie’s then proceeded to tell me I needed $5,000 worth of repairs I did not ask for, no charge for that diagnosis. 🤔. I duplicated the symptoms as soon as I drove the car away. This is a 24 year old car barely worth $5k. I miss when Lonnie owned the shop!

I struggle with taking my RV to the MB dealer; they do a great job but they are incredibly expensive! Lonnie’s has solve a couple of problems on my at a price I consider fair. Not only do they have excellent mechanics, they accomodate my schedule and get things done as promised. What more could one ask?

I needed a new fuel pump and they recommended a new timing belt since the age of that one was completely unknown. I agreed. I picked the car up just now and am absolutely amazed by how much better it drives. If I didn’t know better I’d swear they cleaned out the muffler too as my car even sounds better. And! They hand washed it too!!
