They arrive on time, he was very professional, he went to work did his evaluation then he gave me a figure that was better than I expected . I accepted the offer and he wrote the check. It was maybe 45 minutes from beginning to end.

And when there was a glitch in my title, he was able to resolve it without it becoming an issue for me. And he also offered clarification related to a key-fob issue I was having on an unrelated car, which went beyond his purview of responsibilities to me. The only thing that I would have liked them to do was to take my car immediately, but Joel explained that they have to work with a contractor that provides towing services for them, which results in the 5-7 day range a seller would normally have to wait to get their car towed. I should note that Joel is going to try to do his best to get my car towed sooner, if possible.
